I mean, is the only mbt at 10.7 wich doesnt pen atleast 400mm, the only mbt with a 105mm, u have almost the same mobility as all the other mbt’s, m774 at 10.7 and no armour at all, u are playing with a fast m60 at 10.7 so what makes it a 10.7??

M1 Abrams is held at battle rating 10.7 mainly because of the balance between armor, mobility and firepower although I must agree that the penetration values are not the greatest mainly because it’s a main battle tank, sources has been shown that the M1 Abrams is pretty much capable of firing penetrators with better values but as always is up to Gaijin to add or remove, modify the game aspects around the ‘accepteable’ that. In-game M1 Abrams has better reload speed than the Leopard 2, better armor values in trade for a weaker cannon but not far less lethal.

Hmm, tbh armour is not that good in the abrams, plus there is no survability on it, u are right about the mobility but is not that insane, u hace tanks like leo2K wich are for me totally better than the abrams (just talking about the first one), and yep, the ammo is just sad, also the post pen damage xD at long range it is even worst, but yep, u have good reload (just if your loader is not death, then, u will suffer a lot) idk, i think the first abrams is 10.3 material and even like that it wouldnt be better than the other 10.3’s like t64B
its a challenger mk2 with a hell of a lot more mobility.

Gun calibre doesnt matter for sub calibre shot. it only really matters for HE, HESH and solid shot, none of which matter for the abrams
pen is functionally identical. reload rates are identical for 1st stage ammo (challenger only gets that for 3 reloads so count yourself lucky)
mobility is better on abrams, armour has better overall protection other than the obvious shot below the gun, which is on every single tank from like 9.3 onwards.
armor is ok for what it is, gun pens all the same weakspots as the other mbts, just doesn’t have excess pen to ensure tricky shots penetrate, reload is extremely fast, tank is extremely fast (faster than other MBTs at same BR)
It’s fine, could use M833 ammo.

How is the M1 abrams not just strictly better than the T-64B? Do you think the tiny bit of hull armor the T-64B gets (and I mean tiny) offsets the long list of advantages the m1 has?
