Its not all 13.3 aircrafts, it is just one, the su27 which is NOT 13.3 worthy, also there are already other 13.3 vehicles that will be playable in this hypothetical 13.3 bracket
And when they add 13.3 bracket, multiple 13.0s will probably move up to 13.3 which would include the Su-27. But if Su-27 moves down, there is no reason to leave most of the 13.3s at 13.3. Might as well just make them all 13.0
So moving it down just seems like a waste of time. Unless you are arguing the Su-27 is weaker than aircraft like the Sea Harrier and should actually be 12.7
Gun killing Su-27 is not hard in other 12.7-13.0 planes. Everytime someone has made claim that Su-27 is miraculous dogfighter because of R-73, I have been able to beat them 1v1. Anyone with a modicum of dogfighting experience can do it.
So Sea Harrier FA2 with 4x AMRAAM and no guns will beat an Su-27 in a dogfight?
Also, I love this idea that missiles trucks are bad because they cant win dogfight, by that logic the F3 Late should be about 10.7

You should try playing Su27 sometimes, if you think R73+HMD will save you every time this is a gamchange, but apparently you never played any Russian vehicle, and your arguments are only sea harrier and tornado…

Imo why, is because 13.0 is full of 13.3s (ontop of all the artificial nerfs they apply to the Harriers)
Moving all 13.3s down to 13.0 just makes 13.0 worse for everyone, let alone the 12.3s and 12.7s that might be trying to play in that bracket too

iirc, kfir and su27 have pretty similar top speed at sea level
anyway, su-27 should go 13.0 only if it loses 27ER&ET. that could be reasonable
But why only leave, what 3? aircraft at 13.3.
su-27 has a higher top speed by around 60ish kph (kfir just rips earlier), its high speed acceleration is actually better than su-27 so at high alt where rip speed don’t matter it just zooms.
The Sea Harrier has active radar missiles so I don’t really see the comparison. It’s in the same boat as the other ARH planes at 13.0 that lose dogfights to basically everything else.
Or, they move the F-15s and F-16s up to match the Br of the Su27. It’s only fair after all.

More likely they’ll change 1 plane’s br (technically 3 cause deritatives) than change like 3 completely different planes
So that is still massively higher than most of the Fox-3 slingers at 13.0 which would be 12.0 or below without fox-3s and on par with aircraft like the F-18 and F-16.
Throw in one of the best HOBS missiles in game with HMD and the best and absolutely brokenly OP SARH it has as well… No wonder its actually still 13.3. And this is the soviets we are talking about. They get every buff and advantage, if Gaijin thought it could get away with being a lower BR, it would have been months ago. Heck, it would never have been 13.3 to begin with, clearly it has a reason for being 13.3
By the looks of things, Su-27 is faster, which means it could blow through and just keep going and the Kfir would have to bleed speed turning around and would never be able to catch up/overtake
This would be ideal yes, but everyone knows The US teams usually dictate what is good in those br ranges, thanks to them having by far the most amount of players.
