After running RU vehicles much more frequently than I have in the past, I can successfully say that with a few glaring exceptions, they’re generally pretty strong all alround while not being batantly OP like they have been in the past.
The only real big hits I can think that they’re taking are the confirmed FM nerfs against the ML flogger as well as the 21 bis (absolutely unneeded imo).
Ground wise at high tier they’re doing pretty solid again after the Leo 2s all got their frontal plating nerfed (They now generate much more spalling.). And they have the biggest and arguably the most varied and intesting tree in the game with a ton of powerful machines.

Alright, so in your opinion, the Pantsir S1 is a problem vehicle.
It’s the most effective spaa by far, sure, but if you’re a decent jet player it’s not going to be the hardest thing in the world to dodge.
The issue here is that most other spaa have been lethargic ever since the missile physics rework, notably, any Roland launchers, the Tunguska, and to some extent VT-1s are the main losers, and they should be buffed to previous effectiveness, not the other way around.
