The game tells you how far away an enemy is. If you’re within range of its all aspect lock then you are in danger and should avoid it.

How am I supposed to avoid it??? Don’t tell me you are going to say"pre-flare". The country with only 60CMs are basically dead if you remove the marker fr.

Don’t ignore the plane in front of you.

You keep saying this and haven’t said a single word how to do it.

How do you not head on a plane with frontal cannons? You don’t fly at it head on.

Tell me how can you avoid a 30G invisible missile at your side or at your back. Head-on is your best chance. And everyone knows this if he played any 12.3 air RB

Flares.

You know that you can see the missile launch and therefor can safely head on an F-16. I don’t think that’s logical.

No, you can not see the missile lauch for 9Ms. And flares??? Seriously??? You are basically telling everyone to keep pomping flare out cuz enemy can shoot the missile any time if any enemy is in range. As I said, countrys with 60CMs are all dead by that.

Most nations only have 60CMs, playing France I’m one of them.

But you can see the enemy plane and you know the lock on range for its all aspect. Don’t put yourself in that position. This is what I mean by this change might finally force people to stop furballing. Being in close range should be lethal.

Simple, he will say that it wont be like that and/or skill issue. Then, if he faces aim9m, he will make a post complaining about invisible missiles being brain dead gameplay.

I have seen enough of his posts to understand this. He gets killed and makes a topic complaining about a game mechanic related to it.
For example, his topic complaining about how he couldnt camp tanks spawns effectively in his heli because the enemy would respawn and shoot him down before he could go back to hiding. He made a topic demanding that the timer delay between respawns needs to be increased so that he has enough time to hide.

Edit: i know he will respond to this saying “i never said that” then, if i post the link, he will deny that is the reason no matter how many quotes i post.

Your point is so unrealistic. According to your point, I ahve to stay out of range from all 9M holders for 6kms. And 70% of the whole lobby is filled with F-16C and 9M holders and you telling me not to use my missile at all?? You won’t even get to use the SARH missile at current meta dude. I can really tell how unexperienced you are at TOP BR battles.

We’ve both stated that eachother’s arguments are a skill issue. In your case you think it is a skill issue that I would recommend the marker be removed. In my case I believe it is a skill issue on your end that you want the marker to remain. The difference is I openly state my opinion where as you had to be battered with 30 comments before you finally decided to discuss your opinion.

I did not say it should be higher in BR. Someone else brought up the vehicle in discussion with another topic entirely and I simply stated “it’s a good jet”.

go play sim if you want that

gaijin has made top tier an almost pure missile fest furball - do you really want to play top tier with 30 missiles in the air and not knowing which one is enemy or friendly?

on top of that because gaijin keeps only adding RU or US stuff for top tier arb you will get us vs us and you really want to try and decipher if thats an enemy or friendly f16 shooting at you with RWR?

You can presume if a missile is locked to you it’s an enemy missile. Otherwise that would be a team mate griefing.

GRB has the missile markers disabled, so it’s not just a “sim” thing.

clearly you have not played top tier and have you rwr going off of a teamate launch

also did you know in grb, the main focus is GROUND

I’m almost positive Gaijin added something to stop this from being so prevalent.

And sim is the focus for sim

Missile markers are an arcade feature, I don’t think they’re necessary in “Realistic Air Battles” and I think they’re detrimental towards the game mode’s health.

you know there is a button to turn all your hud off - you should do that if you really want that experience
