Why is the T1E1 5.3 and the M6A1 5.0...?

To add to this, I’ll also point out the datamines that exist, for example, on the T1E1.

T1E1 datamined transmission

That’s it. That’s the transmission. There’s nothing there at all indicating that is electric or anything special. And all transmissions looks like that, except for the ones that don’t have neutral steering, in which case the “neutralGearRatio” value doesn’t exist.

For all intents and purposes, electric transmissions/drives just work as reversible transmissions in WarThunder, at least for now.

Disagree with you should both be 5.0 BR

M6a1 has better turret traverse also

Well, we finally got the 90mm armed version T1E1 after many years.

BR 5.7-6.0 perhaps? It would be interesting to see how this will fare against with Tiger and IS-1 tanks.

I am definitely disappointed that Gaijin decided to just take the easy route out and copy and paste the armor and model of the current T1E1, rather than developping an actually new tank with the improved late armor specifications of the M6/T1 heavies.

Which is hilarious coming from Gaijin considering another variant, the M6A2E1-1 they added a while back from the “Strength Athletics” Battle Pass with the 105mm uses the T1E1 cast hull as well but also in-game has an extra sloped frontal armour plate (similar to WoT’s M6A2E1-1) that was only “planned” but the real pilot No.1 never had a completed or finished 50.4mm RHA add-on plate lmao.
