It’s better than the Clickbait’s. Gets similar mobility with better armor, only on-paper negatives are pen and reload rate. There is no reason for it to get 3BM60, although 3BM60 won’t affect the way the tank plays by much.
You forgot about reverse speed gun depression and vertical aiming speed.
CB and HC definitely need to go to 12.0.
The TT T-80U is modeled after the swedish trials T-80U (same one as the swedish squad vic). It does use Agava and only has Gen 1 thermals
UE-1 is straight up better because it uses the Plisa Thermals which uses iirc french thermals in that system. It’s modeled as Gen 2 in game
If those go, the T-80U-E1 should go. It has the same forward mobility with better armor and a much smaller profile. The HC and U-E1 are realistically equals, and therefore the BRs should be treated as such.
It’s still much worse than BVM at 12.0.
Meanwhile CB, HC and M1A2 are the same thing as SEP but with worse thermals, but sit at a lower BR.

They also lack the additional armor packages that are a big advantage for the SEP against missiles and other HEAT/HE based threats.
Making them, in turn, much worse than the SEP at 12.0. And that is ignoring the V2 and its ARAT tiles. I think the T-80U-E1 and the HC/A2 are all viable and perfectly balanced at 11.7. Plus, in the long run the amount of full downtiers at 11.7 is so minimal that it doesn’t even really matter.
I think you’re overvaluing that ERA as it isn’t effective against most common threats, aka darts.
It also weighs a lot so it hurts the mobility. SEP v2 is often considered worse due to that baked in ERA you cannot remove.

At the bare minimum, the T-80 UE-1 should not be moved down, based on the tanks it would face, it would go from competent in the hands of any player with any skill, to an absolute menace, skilled players would flock, and it would get thrown into orbit at like 90000.0 BR, so ultimately moving it down would be worse in the end.
Also, the BVM is definitely uptier worthy, I face it constantly at 11.7 and it is one of the hardest to kill top tier tanks, unless you catch it in the side, the universal MBT weakness, penning the turret ring or breach is inconsistent at best, lower front plate is decent at bouncing shots, and it has a very capable gun. In a Leopard 2A6 I had a duel with one that lasted crazy long all because it is actually very, very mobile, I went for a kill shot into its side that simply evaporated, he shot me without really aiming vaguely into the side of my track and one shot me, so calling the T80 BVM the worst top tier is incompetent. The worst top tiers are the Leclerc and Ariete, compare the T80 BVM with them and its very obvious the BVM is absolutely not bad, at all. You just have to half awake to use it.
BMP needs to be moved up too, menaces.
