The Bundeswehr and the Italian Army all uses manual overrides, there are some videos showing the gunner operating it manually,it’s called a Redundancy System ;)
I can’t contradict you on that
I know, but having seen it during numerous exercises, I have never seen manual firing. This is extremely rare, especially with all guided shells.
Never seen it=/=never used it.
Manual firing is a thing, wheter you like it or not. So it’s obvious that Gaijin bends the reality on its will by ruining vehicles with made-up stats
And to tell you the truth, the PZH can even shoot faster. The figures we find date from the test of 1997 I believe.
But it depends on the conditions. For example, after a burst of 3 shots, you must wait for the gun to cool down, otherwise the rate of fire will be significantly impacted.
VIDAR should be 8.7, PLZ05 8.3, Pzh2000 and Type99 8.0
Yes and the same conditions doesnt count on the plz05? or why is it faster at the same br? where source for faster reload on china copycat psh XD ?
Probably some Gaijin devs favorite vehicle.
Of course yes
Even by their own logic, a larger crew space would give faster reload, yet something the size of a house would result in a 13s reload.
They’re so full of it.
VIDAR going to 8.7 in the current state of the game is a bit too much to ask to be honest.
Why?
What the hell even happened to it?
Fuel got reduced from 6:20 min to 4:00 for the me163s.
I dont have the ki-200 but It got changed aswell and it only had 4 min to begin with. Might now be even lower.
Wouldnt be that bad if it would be similar to the BI which has less trust but for some reason much better climbrate or they added the me263 with more fuel
4 minutes… yeah that seems about right for how long Gaijin wants a match to last.
Me 163 has 3 minutes which is 3:59 somehow… the Ki-200 has 4 minutes which is 4:10 somehow.
It’s still an unstabilized tank with 2 degrees of gun depression and awful gun handling. It has a 7.8s base reload for the first couple of shells only, then it’s reload speed tanks drastically (~13s base).
The whole premise of VIDAR being good lies in it’s LRF paired with thermals while going against unstabilized tanks with no LRF. At 8.7 most of that will disappear making it a niche pick at the very best.
No gun depression sucks, but you’ll get used to it (Coming from the Bkan 1C)
2.5 seconds is massive in combat situations, should be more like 6 for the first 3-5 rounds though.
because it is similar to the brummbar but trades armor for better ballistics and mobility
Hummel will be around that br aswell which will be similar to the m44 but slower. Just because it is post war doesn’t mean it is broken at lower br. It doesn’t even look that different to ww2 sphs like the priest
