Thats not balanced, its like saying the f104 is balanced at 9.3 because bad pilots dont know how to fly it but good ones can get 10 kill games? A plane shouldnt be balanced on what the worst player can do with it, especially for delta wings as they require some modicum of skill to even use.
The mig 21 bis can dog fight most things at its br and above, in a full downtier itll be facing jets with no flares. It can carry r13m and r3r for long range and r60m for everything else. If you think this thing should be the same br as the f5e your either retarded or simply dont know how to fly it.
You mean like how the A-10 can fight planes with no flares, but is still 10.3? Yeah, that’s also balanced. You can also fight in the A-10 pretty easily too. Plus you can use the AGM-65s as long range missiles as well.
Also, there’s a difference between a jack of all trades plane (MiG 21bis) being balanced versus a terrible plane (F-104). MiG 21 is perfectly balanced at where it is at. The F-104 just sucks in general.
Also, the F-5 is a great plane as well and is fine where it is at.

Barely locking someone reliably from the stratosphere is to be expected from most radars around and below that BR.
I’m going to be honest, I refuse to use Phantoms (I hate the F-4S and refuse to use any variation of the F-4 Phantom), only play the MiG 21s and 23s, only use the Pythons/9Ls on the F-5, and only used the Mirage III in Sim (where it’s very easy to just bomb and sometimes defend myself, but I would rather fly to base, bomb, fly back to airfield, and sit until Useful Actions).
So I guess my proper source is: I made it up

11.0 doesnt get full downtiers. Full uptiers 90% of time, yes.
Have loads of full downtiers at 11.3 - very few full uptiers
Game is way too funky to just move a jet here and there as it mostly makes no logical sense after 7.0 BR.
It concerns me people are just fine having jets such as the f104 and mid 21 bis and so on at the brs there at… Do you guys actually believe these jets are okay at the br they are at? If so, i see why they stay at the br they are at. Ive flown the worse f100 (the french one as it only gets 9bs) and have still managed to keep it posotive, almost 2kd i think unless me bringing into ground has ruined it yet. All that DESPITE getting 90% uptiers to 10.3 due to the mig 21 mf/smt scurge, and yet youll still have a guy saying as the f100 is hard to fly it should stay at 9.3?
Same thing with the f104, if you play it right your untouchable the entire match. you may not win every game but it would not be hard for me to go over 20 games without dying.
The only time I will be fine moving the 21bis up is when everything else goes up and decompresses. The MiG 21bis is fine facing A-10, J-7s, F-5s, and MiG 23s in a 10.7-11.3 range. It should stay that way.
So if Gaijin somehow allows decompression, then the MiG 21 should continue fighting what they fight in a normal game: F-4E, F-4J, A-10, MiG 23M, other MiG 21bis, F-5, Su-17/22, and Su-25.
the IIIC is a monster. Focus on getting magics as soon as possible and you can easily dominate any game that is not a full uptier
Im flying the ki200 rn in a lobby with f104 and friends, theres no where to put a flareless f104 when the br goes up/ down by 1.0.
People cry and jets get nerfed to trash can levels. Exactly why im in a jet with 1 minute fight time🤣. Think gajan might of thought give it an air spawn at least but nah. Realism and all that i guess.
The game will never be balanced due to realism. Move everything where ever and it just causes more problems for other planes
Id have pl5s over r60s any day. Also the j7e has a way better airframe and energy retention so it doesnt need the better engine
