Pretty much this, while it’s arguably a bit more common for the EFT, all the mechanical radars I played at top tier had similar style issues after they introduced TWS+.
Still don’t get why they didn’t just copy the code of one of the already working top tier radars and edit that into becoming Captor-M. Maybe then the it would have been more usable and they wouldn’t have needed to nerf every other mechanical radar with TWS+.
What is weird is that I don’t recall ever getting this ghosting issue with the Foxhunter on the F3 and it has TWS+
I think the most problematic are the one that have MPRF Scan, not the HPRF one, since RDY also don’t have this issue in the HDN Mode.
Yeah, that is more than likely. Though that is the other major issue with the CAPTOR-M. its limited to only MPRF, but should be all 3.
I thought mode swapping was something other radars already did, would help a lot I think
