Why is the BR of the Tornado series the same across different countries?

Why do the Italian and German Tornado IDS variants (IDS, IDS MLU, IDS ASSTA1) share the same BR as the British Tornado GR.1? They only carry LGBs (Laser Guided Bombs) and lack viability at BR 11.3. I suggest a BR decompression for the Tornado IDS variants: lowering their Ground RB BR by 0.3, and moving them from 11.7 down to 11.3 in Air RB

BMPT & BMPT-72 should be at least RB 12.0 to free all 10.7 players. 10.7 tanks are simply too weak against these BMPTs and battles often end in few mins with tons of BMPTs rush into spawn sites. FIX IT ！
