12.7ers have been sufferring for bmpts for a while, so it’s not a problem

Radar missiles are useless you need to perfectly time your GBUs to land on enemy planes

Yak-3

  • Air Realistic Battles: 4.34.7

Reasoning: Yak-3 is widely regarded as a lightweight powerhouse, with excellent acceleration, energy retention, climb rate, and strong 20 mm cannon ballistics. Its main drawbacks are low structural limits at high speed and subpar high-altitude performance.

The low ammunition count could be considered another weakness, but it can be easily mitigated with careful trigger discipline, and the Yak-3’s gun system benefits greatly from the mouse-aim system, allowing for quick, precise engagements.

It also benefits from the current Air RB meta, where most furballs and engagements occur around 3,000 meters, an altitude range in which the Yak-3 excels, enabling it to perform effectively and help wrap matches more quickly.

Moving it to 4.7 and it will still be sitting comfortably there.

Reasoning: I have already explained the reasoning for moving the Yak-3 to 4.7, and the Yak-3 (e) should be moved there as well. The Yak-3 (e) shares the same engine and 99.9% identical flight performance as the Yak-3, although it is slightly lighter and has marginally better maneuverability. It also retains strong 20 mm cannon ballistics, which make securing clean kills relatively easy.

Moving it to 4.7 would still leave it comfortably balanced at that BR.

BMPT & BMPT-72 should be at least RB 12.0 to free all 10.7 players. 10.7 tanks are simply too weak against these BMPTs and battles often end in few mins with tons of BMPTs rush into spawn sites.
FIX IT !

BMPT needs to actually be nerfed (accuracy, barrel heat, ammo replenishment for missiles cut in half) and not deferrally balanced because all that moving it in BR will do is push the problem elsewhere and not fix it. This will keep repeating until it’s at 12.7 or until the devs don’t care anymore

Fully agree. I’m really not a huge fan of them giving the late-WW2 IS-2 a round from the 50s just because they really wanted to make the IS-2 a KT equivalent somehow.
Saving this round for the IS-2M would make it a more meaningful addition rather than just being an IS-2 '44 with a different front plate design and slightly better p/w.

Reasoning: Yak-9U is similar to the Yak-3, but with a more powerful engine, improved overall performance, and better structural limits at higher speeds. Although it is slightly heavier, it still maintains a higher top speed, along with solid acceleration, climb rate, and maneuverability.

As a result, it greatly benefits from the current Air RB meta, where most engagements occur around 3,000 meters, an altitude range in which the Yak-9U already excels, allowing it to perform effectively and help conclude matches more quickly.

Moving it to 5.0 would still leave it comfortably balanced at that BR.

Reasoning: Like the Yak-3, the Yak-3U is significantly stronger at 5.7 thanks to its lighter airframe and more powerful engine. It offers superior climb rate, maneuverability, energy retention, and acceleration, allowing it to outperform most of its peers. It is a particularly lethal opponent at low altitudes. Its only drawback is subpar high-altitude performance. However, with strong 20 mm cannon ballistics, it benefits greatly from the current Air RB meta, where most engagements occur around 3,000 meters, an altitude range in which the Yak-3U excels, enabling it to perform effectively and help conclude matches more quickly.

I have noticed that the Supermarine Spitfire LF Mk IX series is being moved to 6.0, so the Yak-3U should also be moved to 6.0, as they are direct rivalries. It would still remain comfortably balanced at that BR.

Buccaneer S.2B AIR RB 10.7 → 10.3

Reason, no forward armament, the only advantage it has is speed but you can’t make a base to bomb, as everything is faster at your BR and can’t use that to its advantage in a full uptier at 11.7 lol… aim 9Ls same as the A10 at 10.3.

Desperately needs an airspawn.

minimum 6.3 that thing is a literal demon it beats literally every other prop in the game below 10K feet

Vehicle: USS Des Moines

Gamemode: Naval AB, Naval RB

BR Change: 6.7 → 6.3

Reason: At BR of 6.7 gameplay on this CA is comedic. In the best scenario when it faces 6.0-6.3 dreadnoughts it can be somewhat effective, although those dreadnoughts have no issues dealing with it too. The moment it runs against a 6.7 ship it simply cannot deal any meaningful damage.

But the fun part is that 3/4 of the time it gets swept to 7.3-7.7 games where it gets sunk by one-two salvos while it cannot leave a dent in those ships. Not to mention everybody focuses on this thing cuz it’s a free frag.

Therefore at minimum this ship should be moved down to 6.3. Ideally it should be moved to 6.3 and there should be more BR decompression with the new BR cap being at 9.3 or even 9.7 so it does not face ships like Kronstadt, Alaska etc… Ps: this should also apply to her sistership USS Newport News

Vehicle: A2D-1

Gamemode: Air AB

BR Change: 9.0 → 7.3-7.7

Reason :
1: It’s a very slow aircraft compared to the jets it faces

2: Due to it being a turboprop, it is extremely vulnerable to heatseaking missiles, any Aim-9B carrier can kill it front-aspect and it is being matched with Aim-9E/D/G, R-60 and other advanced missiles it cannot defeat as it lacks flares.

3: It makes no sense that it have higher BR in AB than aircraft like A-4H or SAAB-105G

it means you survive, that’s important. If you bring enough ammo you still get some to spare as some rounds are stored in the hull which should be enough to help you get to a cap point

Vehicle: ERBC Jaguar

Gamemode: Simulator

BR Change: 11.0 → 11.0 but add it to 10_2 lineup

Reason : It doesn’t stand out compared to other vehicles in this setup like Namer, Puma VJTF, Freccia etc…

It does get the better cannon…
But has a significantly larger profile tbf

Vehicle: VBC (PT2)

Gamemode: Simulator

BR Change: 8.7 → 8.7 but remove it from 8_2_2 lineup

Reason: Altrough there is more vehicles that could be removed or added for more balanced gameplay, this one stands out the most. As it combines APFSDS, two-plane stab, thermal and other features no-one else has.

Imo its nitpicking. Namer has better protection and APS, Freccia has much larger ATGM magazine etc…
