WHY is the BMPT and BMPT 72 STILL AT 10.3?

Please somebody justify to me WHY the BMPT/BMPT - 72 are 10.3s. They should be at the least around 11.3.

because the update is not even a week old so there is still a ton of money to be made selling the premium one

Because Gaijin (Anton) wants more money which is always the case, they might raise it´s BR but not for some time.
