Out of the tanks you listed, I agree that 2S38, Pantsyr are undertiered. USSR tree does have more OP tanks than US (the opposite is true for air). You mentioned many CAS options, but as a whole US has much stronger CAS options, except for top tier where it is slightly inferior.
Addressing the other tanks which I know enough about to judge:
Object 292 (10.7): This tank is fine. The cannon is the strongest in-game, but its optics and armour are noticeably lacking for its BR. It also has a long reload.
Object 120 (8.0): A glass cannon. No depression nor armour, bad optics, and slow traverse. Yes, the firepower is great, but I don’t understand why you find this to be undertiered.
BMP-2M (10.3): This is a tank which looks undertiered only to those who haven’t played it. As a light tank, the lack of depression makes it very hard to play. You are forced to adopt a “flat terrain” or direct playstyle. Therefore, in almost all cases, it is inferior to MBTs at the same rating.

Also, my stats are negative in most Ivan vehicles because I purposefully throw matches so Russia loses more. It’s not that hard to figure out but I guess kids these days can’t put 2 and 2 together.

If you’re using statshark to try and pull a " Gotcha " you’re wasting your time as that website doesn’t accurately track statistics. I know it doesn’t because it tracks none of my naval history, which means it can’t accurately track anything else. Typical 3rd party website limitations. People like you who try to crutch on it are hilarious.

Not much of a reason forit to be 8.7 when the much better PTZ 09 is at 9.0 with LRF, a better round and the 5s reload… the obj 120 is fine were it is.

The ones that uses the old model of the kv1 like the kv1 f11 or like the german the kv 1B doesnt, the kv1s for example does have the mg port modelled.
It isnt is it just that they all use an old less detailed model, just like the germans pz4 doesnt have the driver port modelled either.

TBF, vs sth like ZBD04A they are quite low. There is an argument to be made on whether the protection, extra rounds and sabot was worth all the sacrifices. Although I do think this low down gen 2 thermals are really nice and 20 second reload is not unthinkable considering they are 750 pen and u do have a 30mm.
ZLT11 also has one of the most powerful ammunition at just 9.7, I mean the VT-5 top ammunition literally the same one being use at 11.0. This thing is a bus without gun depression though lol
