My issue with the Ariete is the thing completely broken at like 9.3 because its flight performance is so good, but it kind of feels almost frustrating to play at 10.3 because everyone has half a brain cell and realizes you can’t catch them past mach, and the su-25 and A10 have all aspect missiles which is no fun for a flareless plane, so it feels kind of like the poster child for a compressed br plane. Not to mention if it ever saw a 10.7 or higher match it would be effectively a free kill.
The Ariete is the best dogfighter, but to balance it it had to be put against Mach capable hets with missiles because no one can dogfight a halfway competent pilot.

Yeah, but at 10.7 or higher you would just be chewed up because nobody would ever attempt to dogfight you and enough planes out accelerate you at that point you can’t even try to catch them when they are below mach like you can with a lot of what it faces now and with no flares at that high of br its ouchie time. Maybe if they decompressed br’s more and it wouldn’t have to fight monsters like the j-7d and f5c it would be cool to move it up to 9.7, 10.0. But I mean the J-7D is stupid even I have a good KD in it.
You’d be suprised…i watched a XS dogfight a A10 and keep trying to turn after he bled all his speed on the first turn, anyway the ground caught up to him before the A10 did lol

They modeled the EMFCD in the cockpit but we cant use these flares here
9N-2 has a low smoke motor and a 3.5s burn so a better 9J, it was also mounted on the Italian F104

Edit: This fight with all these people went on for a super long time as despite what the ammo count said I didn’t have anymore ammo, I think the whole fight was 3 and a half minutes long.

I think I’ve seen a F-35 before in person can’t remember what it was but it was a swiss small fighter shaped in the same way, pretty sure it was an F-35, I’ve also seen the 5th gen stealth fighter for what its worth.
I dont recall any F-35’s going to the Swiss or training with them
