This is an issue I’ve seen recently, and it feels a recent one because I feel it didn’t exist until a few patches back. That being matched into a match where your team has no top BR vehicles for that match, while the enemy team can have multiple. It creates an annoying, and very unfair matchup especially if you have lot of inexperienced (premium) players on your team.
In the image, my team had no 14.0s or even 14.3s; yet the enemy team has two 14.3s (Su-30MKM and Su-30SM) and two 14.0s (F-15E x2) – it is essentially a guaranteed loss in 99% of matches.
How is this okay? Has this happened to you? Please leave your thoughts below. Because I don’t think this is supposed to be happening.
Have you experienced unfair uptiers in Air RB? (No top BR vehicles on your team)
Recently played what I thought was a 9.3 match. (Our entire team was 9.3) Only for it to turn out to be a 10.0 match with like half the enemy team being 10.0. Needless to say we got stomped in 5 minutes.
Whilst I don’t typically play air rb as in an air ab main, I am struggling against the massive uptiers where the entire enemy team is premium su30 or f14a iriaf/d and my team is either all bots or a massive uptier for them as well. Another problem is the amount of fox 3s they have whilst we have none.
To answer the question…
Because is it is intentional to frustrate you and make you pay as much possible to unlock the highest tier so you will at least play in equal terms without having to uptier…
If they wanted they would have it balanced, they just do not.
