Scout drones when used correctly, can reveal all the enemy positions on the map, which technically breaks stealth, and its smol as f and near impossible to hit with machineguns except SAMs, by right taking them down should pays as much as downing a CAP/CAS, sometimes I even think scout drones cause more damage than CAS, I felt extremely dirty using the BMP-2 to scout and mark the enemies for death.

Because someone somewhere will abuse it to skip the grind.
Imagine this. Two friends queue up and end up in same lobby. One takes a scout runs to the cap and spams drones because they refill on caps. The other guy just sit in SPAA in their cap and pops them.
Congratulations you just created an exploit that I am sure nobody will abuse sarcasm
