No, they split the Tornados cause they perform identically despite the BR separation, probably because the BR range is decompressed.
And the BR separation of the Mirage 2000s can be explained as that, as well as the gun differences.
Either way HMD is not impacting the BR of Mirage, and GBU isn’t impacting the BR of Tornado.
Mate, clearly the lack of GBUs is the reason for BR splits in other nations like the Tornado, F-16s, and even the Kurnass. All these other planes have different BRs from their respective planes.
And again, I find it interesting that you’re avoiding the Finnish F-18, because I have it, it’s not good at all. More expensive than the American F-18 in regards to modification costs, wonky radar that works worse than the American one, and let’s not forget the whole scandal of the Finnish F-18 not having proper reticles for the longest time.
F-16s have no BR splits based on GBUs.
Tornados are not BR split because of the GBUs they are split cause their economic rewards are within margin of error.
Kurnass is not BR split at all, it’s the same BR as the other F-4E: 11.3.
Are you serious?
The spec difference between 11.3 IDS and 11.7 IDS is nothing. NOTHING.
(If we exclude the GR.1 one which has an inferior & earlier engine)
The only difference between them is the capability of carrying targeting-pod and GBU.
As long as GBU is worthless on ARB, they are exactly the same plane.
which can do exact same thing but has a higher BR because of GBU.
You are claiming that why D-RMV has higher BR than D-R1 is not because of HMD but because of having an inferior gun pod?
(2x DEFA 554-> 1x DEFA 553)
I can’t understand why the hell Gaijin decided to split BR because of GBU on ARB.
existence of HMD is fairer than GBU.
If we consider those, F-18C need to be lower BR than F/A-18C late.
maybe after decomp. USN one goes 14.3 while F-18C stays 14.0
Exactly what I said. And in-matches the rewards difference are identical as well which leads Gaijin to keep them separate BRs.
Gaijin has split zero aircraft because of GBUs.
Yes, Mig-23ML is faster than all Tornados, which means the 11.7 Tornados are just as effective vs Mig-23s ad the 11.3s at getting bases and ground targets.
I myself am a Tornado enjoyer.
And the Tornados are treated unfairly no matter what you say; and it’s not because of GBUs as those don’t impact stats positively. If people brought GBUs into air RB matches the 11.7 Tornados would drop in BR almost instantly due to a drop in performance.
It’s because Gaijin refuses to look at anything other than their battles data for the Tornado IDSs, and the battles data shows that the 11.7s aren’t under-performing compared to the 11.3s, and I hate that unfairness from the statistics.
I wanted to pickup Fin F18 as I am a huge sweden main, but chose to research the F-18C Late in US tech tree instead due to one key factor (HMD/HMS). Doesn’t make any sense to nerf the swedes first 14.0 vehicle simply because it’s a minor nation. I’d like to enjoy playing other nation’s vehicles instead of just SWE/USA/GER. But it seems gaijin is hellbent on making players prioritize the home nation tree instead of giving the proper variants.
Welcome to War Thunder, or did you forget there is a massive bias for Americans and Germans. Hear it from a British main: this game hates us minor nations.
I feel your pain, I went through the same thing with j11A and baz menshupar before the changes, even china which should not be considered a minor nation has this kind of treatment, I don’t know why there has to be a detriment to other nations for the USA to stand out.
I don’t understand. Sometimes you make the most God awful points, other times you, pardon my blasphemy, speak the Word of God. Can you please stay consistent? It’s right annoying disagreeing with you in one post, and in another you’re my best friend.
