Here again with the same argument
for ATAS, Mistral and Stinger to reach those overloads, it uses 2 plane steering
the game engine only allows for 1 plane steering
that is why stuff like IRIS-T which should reach 80-100G, is capped at 50-60

Okay that’s fine so explain to me why the TY90 is rated at 20G irl but is still 20g in game. If we’re going to talk about dual plane steering are you saying the TY90 achieves 20g with one axis of steering? If it uses dual plane steering then the ty90 should be 10g. If that is the case, then I think everyone should have a look at ALL missiles in game for certain missiles missing single plane nerfs.

TY90 aren’t manpad missiles thus aren’t doubted for their performance.
Kh38 is disgusting for sure and should have never been added, but the igla sucks massive dick. K stingers are so much more potent its not even funny, and I dont think you want them buffed or those stinger launchers go to 10.3 like the strela.
TY90 steering is not specified. As such the only disclosed 20G is used. Also TY90 is not a MANPAD and is treated differently like other AA missiles.

Being a manpad means absolutely nothing. Still has control surfaces like any other missile. What exactly is different between the two?
Yeah, I would, because I want realistic weapon performance.

I do as well. But it gets a whole lot harder when you don’t apply it equally, and/or use it as means of balance and BR placement.

sigh, another accepted report just shelved into oblivion. I wonder how different the game would be if they would fix every accepted bug report instead of cope mongering to certain nations

Nothing. Gaijin treats them differently. Also kind of just so everyone is aware, TY90 carriers are higher BR than their MANPAD carrying competitors.

He doesn’t realize that even if Stingers got higher performance that their BRs would instantly increase by 0.3 - 0.7 across the board.
