i care for flight performance and with the current implementation of TVC even the base Su-35 from the 1990tys would have a better fm.

In what way would it be better? It’s the same airframe as the Su-30SM but lacks thrust vectoring, in which case the flight performance would be worse in some of the most important aspects of maneuverability.
