Have you seen this games chat moderation? I got banned for 30 days in game chat for explaining to a new player about the bots in naval realistic… No swearing or blaming at all and in fact I told him to report suspicious players for my efforts in talking to a new player I got 30 day chat ban for somehow promoting illegal software (cause telling people to report abusers is talking about illegal software somehow???) thats my reason for not talking

I see these most games in Naval.
I do not wish my opponents good luck at all - I wish them miserable luck and that they may be crushed beneath my awesomness.
And my team mates should not be relying on luck - they should be as skillful as me.
As you might know questioning decisions by gaijin staff or volunteers assigned with certain tasks in public is just another violation…luckily the forum mods are reasonable guys.
But i actually saw your post regarding this incident before the deletion. The same guy accused me of insulting (him) and a large portion of the player base just by citing statistical facts.
Yeah yeah. I wasn’t planning to type that much, but I still had 2 hours left to wait until I could post again because I’m new to the forums and there’s maximum daily posting for low rank (forum) accounts.

Put an age requirement for post-game chat then. There’s already a word filter which blocks out the bad words. Anything more than that just damages the game. Nothing stopping those kids from seeing things they shouldn’t on the internet anyway.

I always say “GLHF o7” at the beginning of matches and “gg” at the end of them. It’s weird no one else says anything, I’m guessing it’s because no one else is relaxed while grinding this game.

I broke some redditors feelings so they banned me, or some chinese farmer.
The only annoying part of this is, I can’t use squad chat (which should be changed) and the fact that I have to click close to that message every time I log in. Yes I know I am based but you don’t have to remind me of it daily gaijin

I used to answer them with quick radio message “Thank you!” but Gaijin broke the ones I had set in my controls around the time they blocked chat. Since then I have to press several keys until I get to the message I want to send, so I avoid it. I’m also a former PS4 player who played with a controller, so I was used to using quick radio messages and not typing text cause it took forever.

because the game has become so toxic now its unbelievable i get called names just for talking out my Type 81 sam. i remember years ago in air rb and some in ground actually coordinating with teammates i even met some (now gone) friends through there but it just sucks now because everyone is a xxx for the most part.
Confirmed. The whole part after “…devoice from the game” is missing on my screen…it ends with this “retrospective” part.
Try the reinstallation appeal if your ban is older than 3 months. Have in mind that i see one or 2 guys with read-only access in the old forum (but still stalking their “enemies” with confused emotes) active in the new forum without any restriction.
And have in mind that friendly remarks in all chat like Fantastic Uber-Driver could be misinterpreted if you use just the 2 letter acronym…
This game is nothing like it used to be. This applies to the community as well, no surprise

The dumbest part is when you do actually answer anyone in the chat about their issues, they get all septic, and denialist, then another in the team tells you both to shut up, and then gets all ragey about the team being the reason for the subsequent failure…
People dismissed teams long ago, and stopped squading because it was too much work…
Honestly, that sentiment should’ve been nipped in the bud, but it wasn’t and the chat, and community grew close-minded, echo-chamberesque, and merely blind to anything other than what killed them being ‘bad’.

We’re only allowed to chat once every 15 seconds or so, so I have to save it in case I need to say something important to the team.

The silence and the non-usage of the chat, has nothing to do with the chat spam timer.
I just explained why I am not using the chat much because of the chat spam timer. How would you know my motivations and habits better than me? I thought you wanted an answer to the question from the players. If you’re looking for someone who can speak for the community as a whole, don’t bother, because we don’t elect a representative body here.
