Why does it seem like the matchmaking system is trolling the living shit out of me?

So I collected data from my last 30 games spread over 3 nations (10 games each in US/USSR/GER) in BRs 6.0 up to 6.7 and 26/30 games where FULL uptiers, the other 4 games where also uptiers just not full ones and I think thats pretty silly to think about, putting players in situations where they are in a disadvantage just because it is how it is.
Especially confusing where USSR in 6.7 where I’d think that I’m getting in the same BR range due to the popularity of the Tiger II H, M26 Pershing etc. but no. Most of the time I faced up to 7.7 vehicles and not just 1-2 but entire lobbies full of only 7.7/7.3 vehicles.
Another weird one was 6.0 US where I was expecting some heavy uptiers again because of popular vehicles in the 6.7 range but again, lobbies full of 7.0 tanks and CAS.

Now I know that uptiers are normal and I don’t want to rant about them because most of the time I can handle them pretty good, but just in comparison to other matchmaking systems is all of THAT pretty silly and unexplainable with the “queue times”
I would much much rather wait a little longer for a fun game with vehicles the same BR as mine than to have a queue time of 5 seconds just to have a miserable time facing much stronger vehicles.

If you get full +1.0 uptier, there couldnt be full lobbies of 7.0. There can be max 4 per team, rest is then made of 6.7/6.3/6.players.

It is mostly affected by the popularity of certain vehicles (mostly premiums), for instance 9.3 vehicles tend to get full uptiers quite frequently because of the 10.3 premium vehicles (Leopard 2 (PzBtl 123), M1 KVT, Challenger DS, Christian II) or when an event vehicle is released, it kind of attracts all ±1 BR to itself, so for instance back when Object 292 was released, there was a very very high chance that every match from 9.0 to 11.0 (yes it used to be 10.0 back when it was added) had at least one Object 292 in it which was a nightmare for 9.0 tanks like the Leopard A1A1 to face that beast. So in theory if you want to enjoy downtiers, make sure to get a tank which is at most 1.0 BR higher than a premium filled BR

The data is from yesterday and today so there might be some divergences to programmed maximums, etc. It’s also based off my personal knowledge and insights so you could imagine that it won’t be a perfect image of what exactly happened. I’d assume that it seemed like there where more higher BR vehicles due to a higher possibilty to get killed by a higher BR vehicle than by one in the same BR or just slightly higher and those 4 (enemy and 4 allied) players also being able to get killed and spawn in another +1.0BR(to me) vehicle.
