Cant agree more. I’m one of the “rank II-V mains” so id rather simply not play top tier since its a pain to play.
Id say it would need perhaps a earlier 2A7 or later 2A6 variant. or even perhaps. Modernised 2A5s (basicly What the Strv 122s are)

And once again, im going to say the leopard is the “Europe MBT” And None of the Scandinavian countries have a domestic MBT, they are all Leopards. So its impossible to not give sweden a upgraded Leopard 2, otherwise its just not going to be performing like other Top Tier nations.

Maybe the case for the northern countries but the leclerc is one of the best tanks irl and in the game worse then a mass produced T80 that isnt aimed to be better in an 1 vs 1 but just to be stronger in high numbers of them

2a6a3 honstly would be a great modification for the current 2a6, there is no real “earlier” 2a7 that can be added

Not arguing with that, i say fair competition. However as it stands currently it all doesn’t matter until the fix the “shitstorm” that is Top Tier (9.0-13.7)
Maps, gameplay. It works fine for WW2 and some cold war vehicles. But fast MBTs and jets it just doesnt work anymore.
Top tier needs a spread out map, much less capture zones, more Team Death match. And a much bigger randomized spawn to prevent spawn camping that is so easy to to at top tier.
And aircraft needs a rework in mixed battles too.
Well partly, id say that its more a mix of good vehicles and good players. Having to play the most horrendous vehicles for most of the TT and not ever being able to trust armour, Since most swedish tanks, have none. I say that Most players are just used to staying on the move and being smart.
We play most our tanks like light tanks or TDs

I believe Leo 2 has 21-24 user nations iirc, Abrams (second most exported western MBT) only has 11 excluding unrecognized nations (Those of countries and forces like ISIS)
Saying “you like 2a7 go play italy” is funny to me because it makes absolutely zero sense.

Yeah, not having full top tier lineups is worthless.
All else i have to say is, The Leopard I & II is known as the europe MBT, so if you dont like every european country getting the Leopards then talk to rheinmetall about not selling to other countries.

Because you don’t. (1 tank is not “the best the german tree has to offer”) and because you get NONE of the OTHER vehicles that makes germany top tier good? Go ahead and compare the lineups in your head
And besides that, consider that italian ground forces are a LOT worse than germany overall lmao, the props are a lot worse too. It’s just Italian jets that are any good in comparison and even then only the copypasted stuff.

Yet France isn’t a Leo-2 operator in game, the Netherlands is though.
Which for some magical reason is paired with France, which means France has Leopards.
