That’s perfectly fair in this situation. There’s a fair amount of other times I’ve seen you respond to comments similarly, I just don’t get the negativity.
In regards to suggestions etc.
I always respond the same way as the person. Read all discussions and You will see it.
Fair, I probably didn’t see the entire thread (considering they can be really long). I’ve seen you a few times in ground RB and boy you are a menace, I always reluctantly gulp knowing our teams chances are slim when you’re on the other side XD. See you in the future! Cheers.

He never stat-checked anybody who didn’t have it coming to them, if you look into the post history you will find out why the said person gets stat checked, my stats are crap TOO but nobody bothers because I rarely make BS claims or spread nonsense except for intentional trolling where I almost always make it clear and obvious. It’s only an insult if you take it as an insult, I wouldn’t bother if you called me out for my 1.0 KDR on my T-55 because that’s exactly how I was, a bad player on that specific vehicle, there too many people thinking they can fart in everybody faces and get away with it like in Reddit hiding behind a profile that doesn’t link to their stat, example a well-known obnoxious poster at other thread says a vehicle is OP and it should be moved up, then in one of the argument he also added that he has 4-5 kills every game in it and it turns out he didn’t even own the said vehicle in the first place, while having an average 0.9 KDR in most of his vehicles anybody who read his takes and agreed with it is blind as a bat lol too many liars and trolls and statshaming is a way to filter them out, it ain’t very nice but these guys had it coming, especially the person who got roasted hard above for acting like he is superior lol

There’s a difference between using someone’s stats to prove they lied about their usage of a vehicle if they’ve never used it. VS using it because you can’t find a good counter to their argument. I also highly disagree that’s “it’s not an insult unless you take it as one”. Would you like it if someone walked up to you and said, “you’re eyes are to close together, and your nose is way to big, gross”. I guess that’s not an insult unless you take it as one either ¯_(ツ)_/¯.
It seems like making fun of someone’s stats is the ace up peoples sleeves when they can’t think of a rational argument against it. All it does is spread negativity and I guess I disagree with fighting fire with fire in scenarios when it is not required.

Sadly on this forum You won’t be able to have a proper argument with people as they won’t provide anything to back up their claims, so You end up in checking their stats and seeing that what they are saying was false.
If someone is able to provide anything really, then I will always talk about it and discuss it.

Need context bro, most things start somewhere, and at one point lead us to nowhere, or we end up somewhere where we finally agree with each other, most of the time it reaches a state where one person argues just for the sake of arguments due to having an ego bigger than a shark, remember that rational arguments means communication in which claims are supported using evidence and reasoning, what happens when one make such claims that is so ridiculous that people start asking for evidence to back up their claims? they start twisting their words and indirectly insult everybody’s intelligence by repeatedly saying “just use SPAA bro” when everybody knows it is ineffective against certain types of aircrafts mentioned in that thread, talking smack while showing their ass to everyone that they don’t seem like someone who knows how to play the game themselves, stat checking them is a way to shut them down and troll them back bro
Thing is, many times those people are making BS argument in the first place and refute any point by some nonsense not reflecting what the game is.
And from my experience people rarely go stat check unless you are making some ridiculous and downright stupid claim.

dude. its the opposite for me. I love being able to hide and use bushes/terrain and turning off my engine, etc… Plus the arcade mode is 100% the training wheels version of the game… it takes a LOT more skill to play realistic, especially for aiming/shooting. Which also makes it a lot more rewarding, when you do make a good shot.
The only benefit that arcade mode has, is the tanks are faster. Its not by a Ton, but it is noticeable. Thats it… the rest are all cons, or Pros for playing Realistic mode.
Stop playing the introductory version of the game and play the Actual game (RB)

Every single time you try to have a semi-serious discussion on a topic, it gets ruined and muddied by super-active idiotic “Karen” types who are seemingly incapable of not making stupid, irrelevant comments on every single post.

It’s almost as if it isn’t already divided with those in Arcade making essays on the forums on how people enjoy Sim and RB cause they do not want to learn how to aim. With a few of them I’ve noticed being the same ones who blindly drive not knowing there’s one to their left and immediately getting killed for it.
Unlike you, I do not give a damn if my stats are public, also the fact you even mentioned ULQ a person who’s infamous on the War Thunder Forums and considered a literal meme for making essays or rant forum posts that even the admins and moderators had to step in because they were that bad, and all of that started because he refused to listen to the simple fact that a tank only GRB gamemode does not work in game and never will, the Admins, moderators, and even the developers have all said that it makes no sense.
So don’t try to correct me on something I have experience in on both Air then ground in both AAB->Now GRB and heck even Sim. To backtrack for a moment, I focus on Support, I do not focus on frontline engagement. That is secondary to me. It also means I will not perform as well as others nor do I care.
Now I have and will attempt to assist others in learning the fundamentals of Realistic battles but if they refuse to learn and continue using the knowledge they gained from playing Arcade then I cannot help them because Realistic Battles are not Arcade, they are fundamentally completely different game modes and perform very differently. Arcade is a very unserious gamemode and RB can also once you get the hang of identifying a weak point and trying to realize their next move to put this into an Analogy, Realistic and Sim are Chessboards. With many roles. Arcade is also a chessboard but consisting of queens only rather than bishops, queens, kings, knights and pawns.
If ULQ was responding to this, i have you ignored, unsure how many times do i need to state this.
You mean the topics where people got muted because they couldn’t follow logic? Yes, there is a lot of it, good thing moderators/admins put a stop to it and now we are able to have a good conversation.
And no, You don’t have experience which can be seen on Your profile.
And no, no one said that the TO mode doesn’t work.

People try to use others’ stats to “shut them down” but never bother to actually squad up and play with them or figure out what their strengths are. Which mine has always been support. I’ll name 4 games where I do the same thing. Unturned-> I am a builder, I focus on support, manipulation, and trickery. I am not good at frontline combat.
Minecraft: I’m a builder, I am not a PVP’er. Most of my supplies come from mining large quantities of resources out of chunks that can be used as a home. → In-game Monitary trades.
Even in RTS games such as Company Of Heroes 2 and Call of War, I am a support player, I do not go on the offensive unless my base is well-defended or I have a well-equipped frontline that’s capable on Air, land, and Sea.
To put this simply, the more I lose and die, the more knowledge and experience I gain, and can perform a lot better. Stats will never be able to show this because it accounts for every death and kills.
Like it or not, stats are practical application of knowledge onto game. Someone who understands game will know what to do in most situations.
Playing support does not mean you will have bad stats.
In warthunder, for example AA vehicles that cant engage ground targets are by definition support vehicles. You can have good stats playing them.

You can also have bad stats and a strong influence on the match since you can affect the game in a lot more ways than just by gathering kills.

Oh, I agree but in this context. I do not, cause they intended to use it to make me stop talking. It’s a common trick people use. Asides that what Muffin said above is very true.
