Because TO was not massively invoked in any of those Gaijin Surveys,…
So, i have my conclusion and i’ll stop here.
Until you have an answers from any Gaijin Officials saying that TO will/will not be added, there is no more reason to get this on the move, since you also doesn’t wanna discuss poetential changes.
Or maybe because there was no survey regarding if TO is wanted or not?

You made stuff up and you tried to rope in a moderator who may have his own views and may have importation on what Gaijin may want in the future or not, either way it was sad ,desperate and lame.

I don’t see it as necessary. If there is any split mode that is actually necessary for game health, it is splitting off coastal boats from bluewater ships - the latter outgun, outspeed, and out-armor the former. The latter even shred the former with AI gunners when the captain is paying zero attention. That is far more “unbalanced” of a matchup than plane vs tank will ever be.
The mode needs CAS reform regardless of whether TO comes or not. I think that should CAS get the reforms it needs, most of the support for TO will vanish anyway. Nobody is coming up with a serious suggestion that is actually thinking about the consequences because TO is simply a reactionary rage idea from being bombed one too many times.

Manually guided SAMs, yes. IR guided SAMs got a well deserved buff. And all this happened long after a huge nerf to nearly all airborne ordinance.

A tank only mode could reduce the amount of aa players making CAs in combined matches even stronger.

Something I haven’t really thought about to happen honestly. Very high possibility that CAS will become even stronger with less players on SPAA/SAMs cuz of TO.
Tell me how people who would want to play AA would go to TO?

Will increase the amount of players to use certain SPAA as a TD so they would go to TO and do it there without worry for CAS, thus also losing potential SPAA players, which are low already, for combined.
Hhmm … In my experience, I often see pilots that I have shot down sitting in an SPAA afterwards. It’s not like “revenge” works in that direction either ^^
I’ve often sat down quickly in an SPAA myself and the nice gentleman flew over the spawn at that very moment.
If one is using SPAA as TD there is low chance that he will start using it as AA.
Why should a new player grind aa? And even if they grind it they will have nearly no experience shooting down planes and will probably stick to destroying tanks in mixed battles.

That is why he will have TO to play tanks vs tanks there.
The only thing that will change is that in Combined Mode, You will not have players doing only tank vs tank.
So a gamemode where most aa vehicles are useless. That’s a downgrade.
You know that combined mode will still be there to use SPAA?
