The basic response to all of this back and forth is you want to not spawn SPAA, but spawn a plane, but if you die and lose that SP then you’re not going to spawn again, where you can spawn SPAA for a fraction of the SP cost, and spawn again, and again, with the amount of SP that is required for a plane.
And whilst you may not do any good in those SPAAs, if you weren’t there, the air would have free reign, and they’d be absolutely free to destroy your team.
It’s a choice to solely spawn a plane as soon as they die in the first few minutes of the match because that’s all they have found progress in, but it doesn’t mean that it’s the only option, or that it’s the best option.
In order to get in SPAA I firstly must lose my previous vehicle.
Even if you’re aware and “prepared”, some vehicles simply cannot do anything to planes, which is the main problem.
In order to spawn the plane you also have to lose your vehicle first, so what’s the difference?
You can actually spawn SPAA first, but that doesn’t suit you so it’s obviously ignored.
If You can’t earn around 500 SP in a plane in order to spawn in a tank, You wouldn’t be able to do much in SPAA either
SPAA costs in SP mean that for the 500 SP you coin here, that you’d be able to spawn 3 SPAAs, and likely make SP in those spawns…
Pretty dim argument you pose there.
Spawning a 5.3 SPAA that can barely drive, turn and has its entire crew exposed at 7.7 when you got things like marders, wiesels, bmps driving around is certainly a very smart decision.
Better than nothing… Pretty simple here.
The whole “counter” lies in me first dying to a plane totally helpless, that’s the difference.
So, don’t play non-SPAA vehicles if you don’t want to get killed by something you couldn’t counter from the get go. What a nice suggestion.
That’s only if you want to spawn a plane… That’s your misplaced aim.
It’s not the only option as you want to put out.
Nope, not at all…
The game has respawns, you all being so precious about dying in a PvP game makes it almost a thing to point out that you could go play the PvE side of it and unlock those things you need to avoid the mere fact of dying.
It is not a dim point.
Plane always have more chance against the planes than SPAA.
And spawning 3 times in SPAA and giving enemy 3 kills is not healthy for the team.
I’ve posted a video of me doing precisely that on this forum, and it was far from the only time.
And that’s just one time, and it’s against players of unknown ability… It’s not a constant.
Some ground vehicles are literally helpless against planes…
As I said, dying isn’t a problem. Dying to something you couldn’t counter from the start is.
For the enemy.
You spawn in, plane rockets spawn/strafes spawn and die.
You spawn in and drive out of spawn and follow your team. Modern IFV zips past your team and kills your exposed crew as you’re unable to return fire due to the cab giving you enormous dead zones.
There’s a reason why the bosvark is 5.3 and the marder/wiesel are 7.3.
Why are you expecting people to use a 5.3 vehicle at 7.7 and call it a “choice.”
Your “choice” is:
Laat I checked it was me doing it, not you.
It is a dim argument because it’s deadset in the 'can’t situation, and it’s leading to this ‘You dying is bad for the team’ which makes peopel precious and blamey about who was responsible for the ‘loss’ where the aim to play the objective isn’t just about kills.
And that’s the most idiotic point that has come from these forums and discussions.
And they need to be more wary…
And as I said, SPAA is there, and so is your ability to spawn planes… It’s not actually unable to be countered, it’s just YOU can’t counter them other than to spawn a plane because you are unable to use SPAA.
Because it is a choice NOT to spawn it, and write it off as ‘useless’, where it’s far from that.
Cool story, but you said you posted a video… One video…
You wont win without killing enemies.
You won’t win without taking points and making attempts to actually do other things… The game isn’t centric on you killing.
You wont take points if You don’t kill the enemy trying to do the same ;)
Should I cite again Gaijin words?
