My last game was litterally a teamkilling paradise. the enermy team did it, and one of my “teamates” killed me cause he was too ass to get one kill. like its happened to me 2 games inn a row and its anoyying like you guys need to implement getting crew locked for 20 mins if someeone kills you, people teamkill on purpose beacuse -15K SL is literally not a punishment you can make that back from 0.5 games. or if u teamkill on purpose ur account should be suspended for like 2 hour, and everytime it happens it goes up by an hour

Wrong, players are being banned for team killing! Just look at the reports made available by the company. It’s always a good idea to open a report with the match replay attached and a few words describing what happened.
BUT, not everything is intentional… We see friendly fire happening all the time in Air Battle…

They do get banned. Constantly.
There are also manual bans that are applied to those that try to go around the automatic system, the largest of those bans are announced together with the Cheat bans every month (many more are issued, it’s just the largest bans that are listed). Here is a quote from the last one:

Accidents happen, so there needs to be a buffer for that, but any player that does actually TK consistantly gets a 48 hour ban initially that escalates quickly if they keep doing it

Hmm… Might have changed then in more recent years. Back when learning ASB I got a 48 ban for accidental TKs. But this was like 4 years ago
2 in a match should already kick you from the match and have a hefty SL penalty. But a ban because of a mistaken bomb release or something would be kinda extreme

one delibirate teamkill isnt enough for a kick. i think it should be like if you lock someone on purpose and shoot them and they die you should be kicked or crew locked

That sounds like it would be VERY hard to detect automatically though. IR missiles can sometimes go for teammates on their own and i’ve seen issues/bugs pop up occasionally where a radar missile completely ignores the radarlock and flies to the side and hits a teammate instead. There has to be some sort of buffer for accidents as well. Though most times it’s the result of negligence and not actually an accident, but that a different discussion.
The best part, there are entire compilations of ramming/teamkilling on youtube. And guess what?

They just do not care.
I’ve checked a guy called Captain Cobvious and he teamkilled in every battle, either by shooting or bt ramming for like 50 games straight, didn’t bother to check any further. Best part - oftentimes it was his victims who were getting blamed by Gaijin, literally because their planes exploded on impact, killing our hero.
So ramming teammates is basically encouraged by Gaijin, because not only you are not treated as teamkiller, but also your teammates may get banned for teamkilling. Double whammy of pure toxicity.
And yes, I contacted Gaijin mods about this one, which resulted in 3 month forum ban for myself.

Dude rammed hundreds if not thousands of players and received no punishment. Maybe he scored some short term ban in 2025. Thing is, he should get permbanned after 10 deliberate ramms in a short timespan.

Sim exists. Identification errors are common when you’re using planes without radar/IFF as you only get friendly markers within 900m. Having copy-paste planes in different tech trees doesn’t help.
Truth is, the first few kills alone should be enough for a lengthy temp ban where he can think about his actions, all with a warning attached that the next time he does this it’s an instant perma ban, no questions asked.
The intent behind this is simply gross and players like these should be removed from the game, permanently.
