This one is by far the worst map/game mode combo possible, I can’t believe this is in top tier.
Imagine playing 11.7 with tanks capable of hitting targets 2,000 meters and we’re stuck with the same crappy close quarters maps found at 5.0 br. It’s a joke.

Still a great map, much better than Sweden, sun city or Breslau.
It also isn’t a cqc map, and allows for some ranged combat.
This is mostly true until the beginning positions are over run then it becomes a spawn trap nightmare.
The map is incredibly small.
Sweden and Breslau at least have good flanking routes and offer some decently long sight lines to hold. Sun City has issues.
That’s more of an issue with the map design and how WT is played, rather than its size.
But it isn’t 10m cqc combat. Size does not completely dictate the engagement range. I wouldn’t call it small, but it’s not large in any capacity.
Something I would like to see gaijin do, is add more sim maps into the GRB rotation.
If the area is small, the spawn is over run faster. That’s going to happen irrelevant of design.
Knife fights versus 600 meters it’s still small.
If the max engagement range on the map is 600 meters, yeah it kinda does.
Bruh thats like 800m spawn to spawn with a fighting distance of 200-400m at max. This must be hell … would istant go back to hangar.

That’s a large map tho?
Its engagement ranges are quite long, and it’s a great size for higher tiers. Its also one of the best sniping maps ingame, and It is only small if you play at like a small map.

Ofc people will push spawn when they can. Spawn camping shouldn’t be possible at longer ranges anyway.

The map you showed is a good sniping map.
There’s only one engagement phase of the map where sniping is possible. After that every battle that occurs is within 200 meters as you’re climbing up and over dunes.
I propose a new rework.
