I have been playing some sim air to grind the event but im having some issues finding the best place to grind.
I live in Japan so i usually play on the SA server. The issue is that everyone leaves once i start getting kills (this is because SA sim is basically PvE).
I was getting some good matches in the US server but hardly anyone is playing in my bracket. (Only 2 people playing atm). CIS and EU have a lot more connection issues from the distance which makes them very hard for anything other than BVR. What time period is best for the US server? Should i just go to EU/CIS and try pure BVR?
For top tier I say stick to na or eu, quite often you will find good top tier players and matches to play.
Though everything rn is Denmark which is annoying

The entire game mode is PvPvE. That is the intended design for Enduring Confrontation.
There is no such thing as PvE or PvP only servers. How come the devs have not added labels for such servers on the lobby list? Have you asked yourself that question? How come you can still shoot others down in a so-called PvE environment?
Anyone telling you that is just gaslighting you by making up their own imaginary game rules. And that is a common problem with those on SA servers. They want PvE only so they can milk the economy with no opposition to stop them. That is not what the developers intended the game mode to be, and it is one of the core reasons why our economy got heavily nerfed. Otherwise, they would make a mode for it in Arcade with the other PvE modes. Stop listening to entitled brats telling you how to play the game mode.
We don’t put up with it on the other region servers, and neither should you.
If you want the times for NA, then it would be during prime time hours starting around 5pm EST, and up to 8pm PST time for those of us on the West Coast.
If anyone in chat tries to claim PvE or gets angry/insults you for doing PvP then please report them using the in-game complaint system. Asking/telling players to avoid in-game activities is against the rules.
Technically, true. But the second you start doing PvP, everyone of the other team leaves. I will find a match with 7 players on the other team, i shoot 2 of them down, and 6 leave the match.

I do report the insulting ones. If i reported those asking for and/or telling me to stop, i would quickly run out of reports.
Im assuming the whole “leave the second anyone PvPs” is not exactly against the rules.
I can deal with insults but PvP becomes very difficult when 90% of the enemy team leaves instantly. Or the whole “J out when a missile is launched at you” strat.
They’ve been doing that for many years, but it is not all players. SA just has a bad reputation due to the bad apples that overrun that region to run it like their own personal farming session.
To my knowledge, I don’t recall there is. Anyone, regardless of the situation, are free to leave a game.
With the case of J-out, we deal with it on other region servers with some players doing it when they get out of position, and is about to die. It’s a poor sportsman stunt some do to spite the other player.
What you can do since they rely heavily on RWR, is avoid radar locking. Just close in and use IR missiles with your radar disabled from their blind spot.
Now, if they J-out the moment you fire that IR missile. That is a good indication they are cheating (either using a 3rd party program or abusing a specific sound mod) with a notification tool about incoming danger. That will be a violation regarding the Fair Play, other policies regarding 3rd party/file modifications. Because technically, that is impossible in Sim to have such self-awareness.
If you want consistent games, find a br that has a slight imbalance. Lets take 12.0 -13.0 there aren’t many players that choose to play red side. If you play on redside you will have more games, especially if Japan is on the blue side.
Then at 12.3 nobody usually plays redside for obvious reasons. If you have the mirage 2000s4 and france is on red side, the swat the hornets. A lot of people play 13.7 and 13.3.
If all fails then play all vs all at 12.0 - 13.0. Those are usually populated.
Yeah, I’m Australian so SA has the lowest ping for me, but it’s absolutely horrid for PL spikes and de-sync it’s better to play NA or EU because despite 2 to 3 times the ping the game runs far smoother
Yeah, im trying to stick with NA. They seem much nicer too.
Just got down in a SA match where everyone was spamming crazy insults at me while the dude on my team gave constant updates on my location to the enemies. The Chinese truly crash out when you interrupt their PvE sessions.
Yeah, although to be fair I have meet quite a few very nice Chinese players both in game and on the forum, it’s just the toxic ones tend to be far more vocal.
To be fair I have I have been told by some of the more pleasant Chinese players is that there is an obnoxious “type” of Chinese player, due to social issues I will not get into, and they take it out on people in online games because it’s the only place they can get away with it.
