Just cause I criticize vehicles doesn’t mean I hate them.

Being called insane because I criticize their favorite vehicles only proves OddBawz, Defyn, etc and all that follow them correct.
So to reiterate I stated that Mig-27K is good, and part of the CAS problem.
I stated Ka-52 is good, Ka-50 is alright, and Pantsir is superior to ITO.
After all of this, two people accused me of being “insane” for having these opinions.

Would make Russian air defense slightly stronger at the least, and allowed for Pantsir to be added later with a more modern missile.
IDK, maybe they’ll do that later as more advanced anti-air comes, maybe even next year.
there literaly is no real anti air upgrades left for western nations if they dont start implementing system like the patriot, the equivalents to pantsir and tor m1/m2 only now started development like the standlone IRIS T SLM launchers. Thats the whole problem aboput the introduction of the pantsir
There’s some all in one systems for Japan, Soviets obviously, China, Israel, Sweden, and France at the least [Mk3 exists over VT-1 for the Crotale launcher].
And they seem to be looking into off-battlefield radar systems controlled by AI that can be tapped into by players, so it’ll be interesting what we see over time.
I understand this isn’t talking about Russia’s CAS, but Russian mains getting mad at my suggestion of improving SPAA for other tech trees to flag this? Really?

MK3 seems to be only a electronics and radar upgrade, it would keep the old VT-1 missle and not be a real upgrade that is needed
so pretty much what i said, that being said the missle systems like patriot seem very boring gameplay wise since you need to stay in a deployed position and cant move

Type 81 with its ARH missiles is better than all other SPAA in the game, and it can use them with or without the search radar.

Tracked Rapier would basically be similar performance to the ADATS but would be dedicated SPAA not multirole and may have some minor advantages.
But recently Britain developed the Supercat HMT
As a dedicated mobile SPAA system as a response to the Ukraine conflict. It fires ASRAAM. It’s the only remaining option for Britain to have an SPAA system with greater range than about 8km. Unless they go the route of giving Britain Indian Pantsir or Cyprus Tor M1

Yeah, likely an effective range of about 15km I think, but that is completely off the top of my head.

It’s weird to me that there even are such CAS capabilities on 12.3 aircraft when the top BR for tanks is 11.7
A targetting Pod upgrade would be a relatively minor buff, but what I fear most are actually calling for is A2G weapons that are superior to other nations because “reasons”.They arent reasonable. But the original thread was calling for an entirely new aircraft to be added, despite already just getting one. Meanwhile multiple other nations dont have anything even close. Those should be addressed before Soviets get another major buff that they did not need
Smt isnt nothing to be over joyed about its a worst mig 29 9.12 i dont even use it what so ever. Instead i play the 9.12 and get 2 kills a game off that the smt has lack luster perfomance compared to f16c and now at 12.3 thats what the entire game is 4 out of 5 of my matches are max tier games with 90 percent f16s and 2 or 3 migs on a team. You cant out turn them and you cant flare the 9m if someone gets even remotely to your side which is impossible to do with 16v16 idc how good you claim to be thats the issue with the spotting system. How can you know where people are that arent on radar and dont pop up on spotting.
So flat out, i dont even play air rb anymore depsite having posstive kd in all my top tier jets. F16s, f14 and migs. Its just not fun flying for 4 minutes to get to center then get blasted out the sky by a random missle (skill issue right?) I love how the flares dont work like the use to but 30 flares for 16 planes? 10 of those planes have missles with irccms. So no the smt is garbage just to flare one missle you need 2 or 3 pops so 15 button pushes isnt cutting it for 12 3 game play in air rb. I mise well play the 9.12 and get downtiers more often where i dont have to constantly get full 12 3 matches. Like i said its not a issue where i cant do it. The damn plane needs more flares the f16 gets 60 countermeasures just saying where is the balence? So if they wont balence that then i want russias 12.3 or 12.7 su34
It is heavier. This is a tradeoff for getting better radar, RWR, weapon loadouts, range, and air to ground capabilities.
Cry me a river. Just because they are both 12.3 doesn’t mean they are going to be equal. Russia gets the best 11.3 jets, but I don’t see the Russia-boos whining about that endlessly.
100% skill issue. If you haven’t got the foresight to not fly straight into the furball, then you don’t get to complain when you’re blapped by an all-aspect missile you didn’t see coming.
