ARB EC was never permanent, it was always only for testing a few times.
What frustrates me the most is Gaijin doesn’t even answer questions about this. They literally just ignore calls for any new modes/missions.
At least just have the balls to tell us no. Just something. But instead we get YEARS of radio silence.

EC originally was the passion project of a single mission designer working at gaijin.
He created it specifically with sim in mind. RB EC was tested, but resulted in demands for changes to the mission design from RB players. Since the mission designer didn’t care about whether or not the mission type worked for RB players he kinda told them to go away… RB EC was scrapped from then on as far as i know. It seemed the only way RB EC was acceptable for the mission designer if the RB players only got the scraps from the mission design, tge designer discussed with the sim Community… But that didn’t work.

Since its been 6ish years, Can you provide any insight to RB EC?
In the last 6 years, War Thunder has really taken a major leap into modern aviation and a reintroduction of RB EC seems like it makes more sense than ever(to me).
Back in 2017-2018, i could understand only wanting EC for Sim but do you feel that EC may have a place in War Thunder circa 2024?
Or do you think there would be too much harm to the matchmaker?
