When will the us tech tree recive GBU-53/b StormBreaker?

With Gripen and Eurofighter now having access to SPICE 250 in War Thunder, the US tree lacks a comparable modern precision glide weapon. A reasonable counterpart would be the GBU‑53/B StormBreaker, which fills a very similar tactical role.

USA will never get these weapons due to MMW.

Because once it’s allowed then there would be other MMW weapons allowed. Brimstones? Hellfires?
JAGMs?
Smoke doesn’t block MMW unless they had an engineer go and touch that legacy code.

They can just artificilly remove it like they did with brimstones and every other missile:)

Yes I think they should be added, but I think they should be limited like how spice 250 is limited. (Except for the diabolical 16 on the Gripen E, but Sweden needs it)

Maybe only 8 (2 racks), similar to how spice is limited

Then obviously just make them IIR only

Just like Brimstones, they’d be added with the MMW deleted. Though not be DOA as they still have IIR.

That’d be cool. I highly doubt they’d pull another stunt like that after all the crying from brimstones and JAGMs.

could just be added like spice, where F15E doesnt get them or is limited to 8 or something

but F16C getting them might actually make it decent CAS again
