When the gaijin plans to add the mig-25, there are already planes like the f15e or su-34 in the game and there is still no mig25, why?

It’ll be Mig-31, and likely later.
Mig-25 would be among the slowest vehicles at this point.

TWR 0.45, it’s not fast.
Garbage accel, high top speed, but those only add up to “good” when it’s climbing to space to try and shoot down SR-71s before it runs out of gas and glides home. Remember, the US made the F-15 to outperform the MiG-25 that they thought was coming, and they hit their marks. The MiG-25 that arrived was a one trick pony, not a super-fighter as rumored by the Soviets.
Also, if you’ve smacked into the Gaijin Slow Ceiling past 10km, you know why the MiG-25, which operated best near 27km altitude, wouldn’t do well in WT.

I wanna see the MiG-25PD its legitimately the only MiG-25 that I think could do somewhat well since it got R-60(M)s and a somewhat decent LD/SD radar.
The rest though… ehhh

The Mig-25 would be about as fast as an F-5C at sea level so mach 1.05 its engines were designed for high altitude performance and nobody fights at high altitude pair that with a T/W of 0.66 and only the choice between 4 worse SARH Phoenix’s or 4x R-60 it wont come to the game anytime soon because its would just be DOA and impossible to balance it has 11.0+ flight performance at altitude but the armament of a 9.3 they’re just gonna skip the Mig-25 and go straight to the Mig-31 because it would actually be playable unlike the 25
Don’t talk about DoA for anything because they literally just added the F-117

The F-117 can recieve sidewinders besides there’s already like 7 other jet bombers with zero or close to zero offense B57, canberra, arado, Yak-28 the vautour and probably a few more

The pds would be fine in game, you get r60m and r40r/td which are decent for a 11.3/7
R-40 have about 6G of overload they’d be completely useless

There is no role for this type of aircraft in the small team deathmatch maps we currently have in Air RB.
It could plausibly work in Air SIM thanks to it’s EC gamemode, but Gaijin doesn’t want to add vehicles that only work in a niche part of the game.
We need Air RB EC first, then we can talk interceptors.
Do you have any source behind that claim? Because as far as i know it can engage targets turning at 4 gs.
Comparing with the other missiles in the chart it should be around 20gs not 6, also it has a pretty decent seeker, as it is based on the r24r
