but 791mm is way more than the curret 653mm of our current dm53 and if they are still using almost the same shit why a big change
791 is los at 60°
talking about flat rates
Density, currently gajin uses 17500kg/m^3
But the likely correct density for german ammunition is 18500kg/m^3
not like gajin believes us
so thats why the pen is lower?
Less temperature dependent (i.e. lower difference in Muzzle-Velocity, which increases hit probability due to having the ballistics-calculations eased) and lower dispersion due to lower pressure discrepancies.
And most likely, just as DM 63, lower barrel-wear.
Idk if I have a similar presentation for DM 73 but as you can see above, I have one for DM 63.
Note: Muzzle-Velocity figures are for L/44, ref.:
Something Something not possible…
of the game implemented round ? yes
This is LOS at 60° not at 0°, in game at those conditions is 762mm
aight still quite a loss from the current round we have in game
Literally what I wrote though?
I was answering the other guy, just used your comment as reference
I didnt see that, my bad.
knowing gaijin they will never change dm53 pen rip
How do you come to that result :clueless:

Developer’s response:
The document does not explicitly state that the DM53 uses an alloy with a density of 18.5 g/cm3. Furthermore, with such a density, a 23 x 685 mm cylinder would weigh 5.27 kg, which is impossible since the weight of this projectile in flight is 5 kg, and it is worth considering that the tracer, fins, and ballistic tip also have some weight.
Surely they dont have wrong sizes for that round
5kg seem precise a bit wounldt be suprised if they only rounded the number so it fit more in page, would make sense that the round would be 5.27
CR3 should have it too
Literally just 2a7V and 2a7HU and chally 3 but I think we’ll get more soon
Leopard 2a6EX, 2e 2a6HE
All 3 don’t have l55a1. And I don’t think 2E will come since it has no place currently
