What's up with Ki-200 BR?

I came back to game after some time, and I’m kinda scarred to finish my Ki-200 grind, how this plane supposed to handle BR 10.0 planes?

In RB it drops to 8.3 and in SB it drops again to 8.0

Is this a bug? Because planes generally can run out of fuel in air AB…

Honestly haven’t played AB in so long I forgot planes have limited fuel in AB apparently
