there is always some things needed in every community from fixes to technical additions.


Is there things WT need the most at the moment? from the community perspective?

WT needs some time to slow down with the new stuff so they can fix older bugs before they can go back to its usual schedule. Having one major update with no new vehicles but fixing bugs for all nations would be much better than fixing a couple bugs every update. Sure it could decrease the number of newcomers but keep old players in too. There’s too many bug reports that’s been sitting around collecting dust.

Fix SBEC mach 1+ Cl-13 sabres.(Community Bug Reporting System, Community Bug Reporting System)
Fix SBEC Useful actions vs Spawn costs at 7.0-9.0.
Fix various aircraft cockpits (Broken HUDs (+HMDs + Cockpit MFD Issues))
Fix Winter Stalingrad F8 airfield in SBEC.
Fix convoy AAA in SBEC at BRs without standoff weapons.
Fix non-reproducible cloud generation from seeds (every player should generate the same clouds)
Move Ju-288 to like 7.3 or something.
Fix the issue of “Split Lobbies” in SBEC (Almost all lobbies are bugged, https://old.reddit.com/r/WarthunderSim/comments/1j1kgb4/bug_when_another_lobby_ends_and_merges_into_yours/, Community Bug Reporting System)

The dev should prioritze filling gap in the TT before adding new stuff at top tier.

Tbh they did a good job with filling in Japan in ground rank 6 and top tier air. Just needs to fill 10.7 ground.

Yes kinda, but France still has no aa between 6.3 and 8.3, even when multiple option exist. I am using France as an exemple because it is the tt i know the most, but if you look around you are going to find a lot of huge gap, especialy in smaller tt.

I can make a very long list but in the end It can be boiled down to a single “This game need better Devs”

And higher. Why only this bracket? Top tier has practically no earning. And based on pure test you gain more rp in ARB than sim with more or less the same playing time.

EC air RB as a separate game mode from regular air RB would be nice

The vehicles are buggy messes half the time, but they get added reguarly and usually with some degree of diversity.

But you play said new vehicles in the exact same environment, doing the exact same thing as the old one. Which makes even new and different vehicles feel stale very very quickly.

What War Thunder needs ASAP is gameplay diversity. New objective types, new maps, new ways of actually playing the vehicles, new and old. Because they can add the most interesting and exciting vehicles imaginable, perfectly, with 0 bugs or issues, and it will still be boring within days or maybe even hours.

They have demonstrated the ability to make new objectives and types of gamemodes with the recent SEAD and Deep Strike events and then just… never done anything with it outside of those events.

do you want to have a new similar Battle rating system that Help for in game vehicles battle balancing? like similar to the BR system ( not historical BR ) but similar to it that help for fairness in WT.

Something more like era separation?

maybe yes, like something that satisfy the community.

( like WW2 era, Post WW2 era, Cold war era, Post cold ware era, modern war era, post modern war era or smth just anything that makes sense )

I think it would be interesting to see an era separation where you have BRs that overlap but if they’re in different eras they don’t see each other it would also allow a lot more light vehicles of later eras to be added but still have the appropriate battle rating without seeing world war II heavies and stuff like that
