I’m tired of seeing 1.0 or 5.7 BR planes, or any other BR rating, in battles of level 10.0 and above. It’s inappropriate and a problem for the team.
It’s one less player, and on top of that, you have to deal with the TKs at spawn and the ones that crash on takeoff.

That will be an uphill battle, considering there is achievements and SL rewards for using way lower br vehicles against higher br ones.

Tanks don’t matter like it does in aircraft. In a tank you can at least make it to the battlefield and you can’t TK.
In top tier air RB a prop won’t even make it to the battle before the match is either over or he is the last alive.

I’m talking purely and exclusively about air, since you’re literally giving points away to your opponents; a P38 isn’t going to do anything against an AIM120A. To be honest, I don’t have the slightest idea about tanks, I hardly ever play them.

2 differences there:
A) when you die you can spawn another tank.
B) in ground there isn’t a massive speed difference between vehicles, the BT-7 isn’t that much slower (and in some cases actually faster) than a top tier MBT, in air a reserve plane isn’t even getting into battle until their team dies and the enemy comes looking for them.

Best bet is to introduce a “BR hard-limit” while reworking the awards like Godmode and etc. Something like -2.0 BR or something to prevent goofy squads from forming. I hate these squads more than anything, if you’re going to bring your goofy ass friend to top atleast don’t fly like jack asses trying to teamkill eachother.

Or ban aircraft ≥8.0 from top tier matches, this way you still can achieve godmode and don’t lock out the lower tier supersonics

Well it’s just another example of the antiquated systems and mechanics this games has continued use since 2013. The award made a lot more sense when top tier aircraft were not flying an entire mach number above yours. I don’t play air arcade at all, so I wouldn’t know if people are still stacking the award like they used to back then.
Yeah, when i see those squads, i leave.
Im not going to play a match where im down 3 players because my team has a lvl10 in a premium jet and his 2 lvl7 buddies in reserve planes.

Is just as annoying in Ground. Had a Match not to long ago where one guy brought three of his friends with him and all three just had 2-3BR Vehicles. Was an insta return to Hangar for me; didn’t took more than 3-4 Minutes before i got the Message the Match was lost

That award is for ground or Air Arcade when you can put a low tier vehicle in your otherwise high tier lineup, which is whatever.
This person is talking about single spawn Air RB when a squad loads in with one 14.0 plane and a full squad of reserve planes in tow. That stuff needs to be stopped. You shouldnt be able to enter a game if your squads max BR difference is more than like 2.0 between squad mates lineups

The award isn’t just for those modes. It used to be a popular thing to over tier the me-163 and then the more recent Soviet Bi in Air RB to gain extra SL. Yeah I do agree there needs to be a barrier for Air RB, but you’re going to have issues with that 2.0 spread thing when we get more aircraft like AMX A-1A which are subsonic, but have modern weapons. Can only imagine the future of having a squad of A-29 Super Tucanos at top tier with python 3 and 4’s…
Here’s a suggestion for minimizing troll squads at high tiers without compromising the ability to let lower BR vehicles fight higher BR vehicles:
floor(max(-x*1.2+14.7, 0.3)), where x is the squad’s max BR, and the result is the max BR difference allowed from the squad’s max BR.
Essentially, you are not allowed to do egregious troll squads beyond BR 9.
I like killing Yak-3Us in the F3F, P-51Hs and Ta 152Hs in the Ki-27, and 9.0 jets in the Ho 229, but I wouldn’t want to see radar missile tiers with planes that can do NOTHING at all in a battle.

Easier suggestion, remove the god mode and other rewards in ARB, feel free to keep it in GRB since people can still get some troll kills regardless of the BR
