Buccaneers in ASB. They are slow and chill playstyle at BRs where you aren’t having to play on the defensive all the time

I got it on the last sale but still hadn’t come around to actually play it :D one day…
Climb to like 3k, supercharger gear 2, mixture 45, prop pitch 90. When you drop under 1.8k put the supercharger back in 1st gear. Enjoy the speed without overheating. Though you climb rate is a bit slower when you do this.

I don’t play Air much as the controls are terrible on X box.I do sometimes like to take a bomber and get up high ,like 16000 feet and just let them come at me. I think the plane I have shot down the most enemies with is actually the PE8 : )
I would have to check but I think that is correct.I can also take a base out with one bomb and overall do well on the leader board in ARB. I never do that in a fighter : )

Oddly enough, I actually do better in La-7’s than Yak-3’s . . . the French Yak-3 may be the one I do best in of all of them. I like most Zeroes except for one thing . . . the roll rate . . . it is dampened far too much to even be close to a real flight model. IL-2’ and even the IL-8 have much better roll rates . . . this makes no sense to me at all . . . but, I am not a pilot in the real world, and just a gamer, so . . . just do the best I can

Honestly you dont need it and you wont tell the differece, until you get into a 1v1 with a russian yak3, then youll notice you outperform them, assuming theyre on auto.
On auto the engine incorrectly overheats when on 100% throttle. There was a post about it aaaaages ago.

Don’t have really a permanent go-to. Basically I will have temporary go-to aircraft but after overplaying those with a couple hundred rounds in like a month I grow bored.
But currently my go-tos are the Su-27 (amazing aircraft with really fun flight model) and F-4J(UK) (great aircraft, yesterday got my first 6-kill damageless round, plus great RP and SL bonuses for grinding)
In the last few months other go-tos have included the MiG-23MLA, MiG-29G, F-15A, F-14A, F-16ADF, Lightning F.6, and F-4E. I like jets lol.
