your armament is lacking and your flight performance is more than suboptimal
And I can’t really get any other CAS plane bc I suck at ARB with Missiles and my attacker and bomber line is at rank 4 and Naval and F15 line is at rank 6 “getting F100 soon”.
That doesn’t matter since none of them are 2a7/122 counterparts lol and are all basically the same tank. That’s like saying we shouldn’t add a Rafale counterpart because there are too many F-15s in the US tree.
Id say not pointless, but as I said, awkward.
When compared to the other two 12.0 pack premiums:
- abrams outreloads it, has better pen, arguably better armor and similiar mobility.
- T-80U-E1 has much better armor. And, sure, it has worse sabot but its not like it takes much to pen NATO tank hulls these days
- prolly bunch of other differences like thermals and smoke pops i cant name from top of my bead as im not at PC right now.
But allright, even if abrams is better and T-80 arguably has some advantages over it, it wouldnt be that big of a problem, someone has to pull the short end of the stick eventually.
But then you look at the 12.0 german lineup and realize the other 12.0 vehicle you can put to your lineup is the other premium 2A4M.
So whats there left to do? Move it down?

Id like to see it bumped up to 12.3 while recieving better shell.

honestly the abrams are fine where they are, the only ones that I really feel has a problem is the sep and sepv2 being 12.7 despite being near identical to the m1a2 at 12.0
The 12.0 Abrams should be 12.7.

They are the 2nd best 12.7 MBTs sitting at 12.0.

M1A2 SEPV2-3 with the trophy system both have LWS and APS. Trophy sytem uses both Radar and laser detection to warn of and counter munitions. And if they ever add the CATTB it also had a vehicle integrated defense system (VIDS) aka LWS. Plus all the armor and a turret bustle autoloaded 140mm.
Also I would kill for either the 30mm AMPV with javelins or the M2A4E1 which is just a bradley with trophy and an upgraded engine/transmission

And 3BM42 straight up goes through 12.7 abrams front plate too (Unless we are talking the very small area where the rounds ricochet into the neck half the time). Whats your point? And lets be honest here anything short of a leopard or T-series tank (maybe some ZTZs) all you have to do is point and click to OHK it or critically wound it.

That’s why I want Abram to have a LWS for Sep 1 and 2, and add Sep 3 as well. Because relying on your teammates to watch your back and keep an eye on you is a foolish thing to do. Having Abram with a LWS will help me be more self-reliant, because most of my teammates are completely unreliable.
The armor on the T-80UE1 isn’t really good, Which is the only pro of T-XX tanks.
LWS is not going to change anything, by the time you react you are usually already dead, unless its a laser guided missile.
It’s better to have something than not have anything. At least before you die, you’ll know its last known location so you can be reborn and hunt it down.
