I want a mechanic to be added to ban teaming up with germains. Or, to sound less toxic towards germains, i suppose you could choose which country to ban from teaming up with. We all know who we are gonna pick any way.
Vehicle Standard/Expert/Ace training tied to the VEHICLE not the crew slot. Therefore you can move things around after Gaijin changes BR or you change game mode (RB GF > SB EC etc)

Not exactly mechanics for all of them, but:

Dynamic missile handling. No more “static” fin AoA. If it can pull more, then do so at closer ranges. At BVR ranges the “default” or just enough to turn should be ideal

Adding onto #1, dual-plane manoeuvring for missiles. If not for ever, then for the ones that utilise 2 separate methods of manoeuvring, like the Meteor missile.

Hullbreak (implemented properly of course)
- Real IIR seekers on 5th gen missiles, that can actually defeat LDIRCM.
- Better artillery calls (like instead of obus artillery, MLRS)
- Better wallbangs in all maps.
- NLOS missile carriers for ground and air
- Spike ER/LR trayectory attack corrected
- Kamikaze drones (not FPV) as replacement for the strive UCAV in top tier.
- APDS rounds for vulcan 20mm cannons.
- Ammo boxes for certain light tanks like spike carriers that only carry 4 by default.
- Recon aircrafts for low, mid and top tier, that not can only spot, but also call artillery strikes.
- Hullbreak against chemical munitions.
- Extended range for smoke deployment on tanks.
- Lower altitude and better terrain masking munitions (dont make them crash on a hill or tree).
