So out of these vehicles, it only requires 27k RP for Russia to unlock the first important module, with US requiring double at 54k and Germany requires even more at 68k RP.
The T-90M only needs 81k RP to get these 3 important modules at the low end where Germany requires 50k RP more at 134k RP for some reason.
This is not counting parts and FPE, which would lower the required RP for all.
These costs are not equal either however.
M1A2 V2: 4800 + 5400 for parts and FPE = 10.200 RP
M1A2 Sep: 4800 + 4200 for both things = 10.000 RP
Leopard 2A7V: 6600 + 4500 = 11.100 RP
Leopard 2 PSO: 6300 + 3600 = 9.900 RP
T-90M: 4500 + 3600 = 8.100 RP
T-80BVM: 4500 + 3600 = 8.100 RP
Here Russia with the lowest amount of RP required as well.

M1 Abrams

Thermals tier lll: 1x tier 1 mod 13k RP + 2x tier ll mod 24k RP + thermals 13k RP = 50k RP

Which means a Leopard 2A4 requires more RP for these modules at 10.3 than a T-90M does as a rank 8 at 11.7 and on par with a BVM?
Am I wrong in expecting MBTs at the same BR at the same rank to have the same RP requirements for important modules?
Germany requiring vastly more both in rank 7 and in rank 8 with Russia getting their modules early and at half the cost of US and Germany.
Other nations are generally even worse simply because they are still forced to play with HEATFS forever and do not have a tier l APFSDS shell.
