I don’t think the US tree is hated in the slightest. It has the best air tree, and the ground tree is very solid. It’s 6.7 lineup is the best in the entire game, and way better than GER 6.7.
The M18s didn’t need to go up, but saying that is just false.

As Gaijin explicitly states… they would have gotten uptiered either way. The horsepower buff is not the driving factor.
This is obvious when you look at the “Black Cat” premium, which did not get buffed under the pretense of being an early M18, and yet is also going to a higher BR.

Armaments are always changed for balance reasons. Some have stuff that didn’t historically get, like the F5C having flares, and some stuff doesn’t have historical loadouts for balance/gameplay reasons. Either way, saying Gaijin hates America is just false, just look at the air tree.
No, its the standard course of play with gaijin, they improve one variant and bring up the other examples within the same tech tree up with them, the same occurred when the wumbos started to die, both the 76 and 75 went up at the same time more than once, even though only the 75 initially was crushing it.
The black cat retains the M20 Azimuth indicator next to the gunnery controls, same as the tech tree M18, this device was only present on serial number 1858 or higher M18s, and the C4 engine was standard on all M18s post serial 1351.
The black cat should have the C4 motor.
I know. I myself have argued against the idea that it is an early M18. But in the end Gaijin has decided that it is like this.
Are you kidding?? all my US tanks between 6.0 and 6.3 are over 60% win ratio, one of the my favourite line ups in the game, extremly powerfull tanks and planes.
the 6.3 line up for the US, paired with the F4U-4B or the F-82 as CAS is one of my favorite line ups in the game and where I go when I wanna not think and just shoot things along with 5.0 US
Still funny to me that the M109A1 and Rochev are 6.3 while the M109G is 6.0 while both are functionally identical after gaijin just chose to give the snub gun the same MV as the M158.

6.3 Italy and Germany is a rough matchup
Does not matter, is the same vehicle at different BRs, while Israel has the lower MV M109 at 6.0 and germany gets full MV at the same BR. The 109G should e 6.3.
There is no reason for identical vehicles to have different BRs between nations, this occurred with the French wumbo way back when the original 75mm wumbo changes were occuring as well.
I agree, but I mostly meant that US, USSR, China, and Israel against 6.3 Italy and Germany is a rough game for the German and Italian players
I have had personally a good experience with 6.0-6.7 Americans not on this account but on another.
I’m not dumb enough to look at the T25 and M4A3E2 (76) W and say, “Yeah, those are balanced.”. We all know a Jumbo 76 being in IS-3 matchmaker is absurd. It’s also almost the same BR as a King Tiger for some god damn reason. Don’t pretend that vehicle is remotely okay. The T25 was brought up to 6.3 due to having a stabilizer, but when it lost it, it never went down. The T25 is worse than the M26, which was already a mediocre 6.3 tank.
I have little care in bringing Aircraft into ground battles to fill lineups. I rarely use any form of CAS other than Helicopters with rockets. Having a 60 percent win rate at 6.3 doesn’t matter. The tanks are not extremely powerful, you’re just overwhelming skilled compared to the other people at your BR, stop forgetting that.
It was my opinion that the Bulldog and Paladin are meh. I’ve played them both, they are fine vehicles. Nothing extraordinary.
I don’t know why I should expect any common sense from someone who thinks the M-51 is overpowered though.
