The 9030 is pretty bad.

Only good ones are the bill the lvkv and the 105/120mm
The rest range from ok to useless
Maybe, though most of them only have 4 spikes, which really isn’t a lot.
Besides, smoking up / hiding near buildings work too.
Honestly, I was expecting 8.3 considering the BMP-2MD is at 8.7 with a better gun and tiny silhouette, and even that is considered bad at 8.7.
Bmp-2 only gets APDS (albeit with higher firerate) whereas the EFV gets APFSDS, much better mobility and hull armour that can stop most IFV APFSDS as well.
EFV at 9.0 seems reasonable.

Y’all really need to stop comparing the lacks of your vehicles to the strenghts of others. You get APFSDS good thermals and a high profil at the cost of being big, i find it to be alright at it’s current BR. Quit complaining all the time man you guys act like you always have to get the absolute best of every aspect of a vehicle otherwise it wouldn’t be fair.
This thing is an undertiered and smaller VBCI-2, consider yourself lucky.
Wow, shame on us for suggesting that a vehicle is overtired in the place you’re meant to discuss vehicles.

Both vehicles are overtiered.
That’s not a small size difference, especially from the front. The BBC will have a far easier time holding a corner since an enemy will have to drive further to see the hull.

it could be 9.0 with little problem as its not super mobile like most of the bushmasters 40MPH top speed and accelrates like a medium tank

Its just a goofy event vehicle. Play it for fun and gigges. NOT for anything “serious”.

I felt the cv90c was pretty good, apart from the retarded way gaijin implemented the 40mm ammo storage and reloading (for some reason the loader in these vehicles won’t replenish ready rack unless the tank is idle for 10 seconds)
The lack of a stabiliser and the unreliability of the missiles on the BILL aren’t great.
Really, the best thing about the cv9030 is the ammo being in a belt.

Which is kinda underwhelming since most other autocannons at that BR are also belt-fed (other than the Bagel).
30mm at 200 RPM is kinda mediocre, whereas something like the BMP-3’s / BMD-4’s 30mm at 330 RPM or BMP-2’s 30mm at 550 RPM / VBC (PT2)'s 25mm at 560 RPM is pretty good.
Even the Bagel’s 200 RPM is good because it shoots 57mm AP instead of 30mm APFSDS / APDS --provides way more damage even though it’s lacking volume of fire.
And all of these (other than the VBC (PT2)) have some sort of ATGM to launch at enemies at front-aspect (though the I-TOWs that the Bagel gets are kinda useless at 9.7).
Because size is literally a factor in a combat vehicle? A small tank is easy to hide behind cover than a giant bus?
