Gaijin has never, ever used such reasoning in the history of mankind.
So stop projecting reasoning they haven’t used onto them.
I play naval quite a bit. Managed to grind out the entire French tech tree. Got a decent bit into the German, American, and Japanese trees. Quite frankly naval is horrible and in my opinion it is ruined by one nation is particular. The Soviets. Particularly their top tier line up of nonsense paper ships that the Soviets quite literally could not build to specifications. Coupled with ridiculous 406mm AP and SAPBC that somehow have similar penetration to the Iowa with MORE explosive filler than the Yamato. Don’t get me wrong naval is boring sometimes, comparable to watching paint dry. But when you get to top tier only for one specific ship that could not physically be completed to specifications completely dominate a match because it is unkillable and half literal railguns with enough bursting charge to detonate your magazines 80% of the time it becomes entirely unplayable.
