I dont think its coming bud, they didnt say all packs are on sale (exept from the last 2 patches) they specifically said 40 packs.
kinda sad that sale is not consistant with usual birthday sale. In previous years everything was on sale minus vehicles added in 2 patches before the sale, i was hoping to get kfir canard and im disapointed

There are way more then 10 packs not on sale, so it would have said 50 or 60 if they were planning to add the rest
