They don’t have to do that, just give an option for manual aiming like before.
Not alot for Ger, just an ultra lowtier armored car and a meh row boat with one single gun.
Then two prems??
Its a really bad ratio. Two useless TT units, whilte the higher tier stuff (one heli, one tank) are premiums.
anyone els notice that if you hit the basket at all in the middle of the Leo or abrams it takes out horizontal? wasn’t this changed in dev? why is it here? because its a damn stupid addition.
i guess ill play air or low tier until this shit is fix
Noticed this as well. Any hit disables the turret drive now. Cause somehow the huge basket module is now considered the turret drive (lol). You can also check it in X Ray. The old turret drive was a small module with the turret ring, now the whole tank is literally a turret drive and its easily knocked off. You get hit - you turret is off, almost always. Its impossible to miss.
Russian tanks don’t have this ‘feature’.
yea cant blame you. I mean I’m grinding Russia rn but have top tier USA. they said they changed the way turret baskets work, and it was I good change. but gijain being gijain just had to not implement the changes THEY made. abrams turret ring was crap enough, now any single shot that pens will most likely take your horizontal drive.
I mean tbf Russian tanks have had their version of a basket for a while which is the auto loader. still bs what the snail has done to NATO haha
and no hydraulic pump change
Well, ru turret isn’t jammed when you hit the autoloader. Your only bet is the ammo cooks off and we all know how rarely this happens.
(Is the autoloader taking damage, beside the ammo? Last time I checked it, it was inert to all damage and kept autoloading, even when a dart passed through.)
indeed. gijain needs to fix their basket fetish soon cuz its screwing Abrams and leos
I thought the reports were bumped for the Abrams in the Dev Server at least once too.
Same. I miss being able to manually adjust my guns to account for target movements.
nein
EDIT: The “Realistic Aiming” does not work in Arcade Matches currently. I consider this a bug, have submitted a report: Community Bug Reporting System
Fwiw, you could change your AB aiming to RB aiming if you like. Still not the old AB aiming, but is manual control then.
Actually, now that I think about it, it would be great if we could choose between 3 aiming options for Naval AB: new AB aim, old AB aim, or RB aim. Then everyone can do what they prefer, but we still make it easier for new Naval players to jump into AB.
This setting is in the OPTIONS menu, not the controls menu:
Having an older masterbank, such as one containing the old (imo, better) radio effects, will mute the crew’s reports about hits. Would there be an official resource where we could download the old effects without it causing issues?
But why remove the driver’s response when starting the engine? That seems so random.
Rest assured, if this chain of bad ideas and senseless changes continues, I WILL free 120 gb from my hard drive
Seems to be fixed now.
Finnish Hornet in question, test flight, realistic battles.
A lot of feedback was given to Gaijin that said not to go through with this nerf and yet they still did. Didn’t fix anything else with it but making sure it got a nerf it didn’t need was a bigger priority.
Harrier stuffs still need fixing please gagoobles
Harrier VIFF Turn rate to low // Gaijin.net // Issues
First Gen Harrier STR still too low after Dev Buff // Gaijin.net // Issues
Harrier 1 Mouse Aim AOA limit // Gaijin.net // Issues
Harrier flaps Mechanism incorrect // Gaijin.net // Issues
Thanks for the Buff but they still lack virtually most of their performance lol.
compatible can be argued, i cannot confirm nor deny that without consulting my sources, however it was never integrated.
F-ZWWT, the helicopter that was trialled as HAC, was never integrated with these systems during its tenure as the HAC (PT-3). It was later returned to German hands and redesignated back to UHU/UHT under the german markings 98+23. [1] [2] This is the model that was upgraded to PT3R test standard [3]
Here you can see it in the bundeswehr cross (still is not integrated with the CM systems nor the MAWs) [4]
The poor bird is missing all the wirings for the integration of these systems
As a side note:
many helicopters with the outer pylons such as on the AH-1F and Tiger can adjust the vertical angle that the weapon is facing:
here the mistral is at a higher than normal angle

here it is nearly parallel to the rocket pod which we know is mounted horizontally

Anyone tested the EF-2000 radar?
