I cant even find much info on this plane in general and i just wanna fly it how do i find it in game?

Its says gift rank on the wiki so i feel its possable to aquire it
The US OS2U becomes researchable after getting to Rank II in Naval, and the F1M2 is a tech tree vehicle, but other than those all other shipboard reconnaissance aircraft are unavailable in the air tree. Hopefully they can be made available in some form in the future.
You used to be able to preview and sometimes test fly aircraft (and other vehicles in general) through the “show in game” link on the wiki, but that’s been broken ever since they migrated to the new website.

Technically the AR-196 for Germany was an event premium, and is still available as a Swedish Premium if you want to spend the $$$. Just as a clarification. But yeah, most aren’t available which is really sad because floatplanes are fun and awesome. So.

All catapult aircraft are labelled such, the Waltus is found on the Town class 1936, a County class cruiser & the Nelson class Battleship.
