hard to say, this kind of barrel with ribs is seen on almost every modern cannon. Ribs are used to Increase the stiffness of the barrel, make it more accurate. The answer could be anything between a ZPT—99 with new barrel or a completely new gun.

This is the official specification manual for the VN17. The manual explicitly states that the VN17 is armed with the HJ-12 missile.

some information addition and correction.
this is Red Arrow-12E/HJ-12E’s 1 line loge, while Blue Arrow logo is 2 line
But, actually they are the same missile.
meanwhile, BA-5 missile series has A, B, C 3 variants, refers to laser, IIR, TV, same as the HJ-12E
and the missile’s structure and design are same. so the suggestion is right the first time, it uses HJ-12/BA-5 missile, and we can have 3 different type of missile to use.
BTW: HJ-12E has 2 different engine type, side and tail nozzle
