A lot of aircraft can counter the Sea Vixen pretty effectively with their flight performance. The CL13 Mk 5 is the bane of my existence whenever I’m flying it, and so is any competent F3H player. Lim-5, Mig 17 and especially the 19 can make your life hell. The F-86F is no joke either is being used by someone who knows what they’re doing.

the only mig17 that can actually do anything about you is PF (9.0) since it has an afterburner, and even then I think it still climbs slower and definitely has lower top speed
Lim-5P has a horrible cockpit and you can barely see what’s in front of you

likewise the only F-86F that actually stands a chance is F-40 model since it has missiles and is 9.3
Notice how the LOWEST BR you mentioned is 9.0 and they’re still hugely outmatched lol, to the point that I have no idea how you’re managing to die.

This is not true, and it will easily beat almost any other Korean war aircraft in a dogfight, even with missiles. Just drain them of energy and launch a missile that they can’t dodge.
It’s also very fast in a straight line, with decent energy retention and handling characteristics too.
It’s 9.7 and can’t even face the Sea Vixen.
Please tell me how the Sea Vixen is equivalent to the Saab 105s, Mig-15s, F9Fs or the A29B/J29A. These are what you face at 8.3. At 9.0 it would still be competitive because of an IFF radar, RWR, decent enough missiles, and very good flight performance.

Like others have already said it dos not really have a bad climb rate or fly like “a brick”. It also pulls easily enough for tossing the red tops. Why would you even need more turning? Are you planning to do turn fighting in the deck with it? Not to mention Sea Vixen is the easiest plane play defensively: just resist the urge to gorilla pull your stick constantly and you get into safety every single time.
You also seem to underestimate its radar + RWR set and overestimate the importance of climb rate. Remember that we are talking about Sim here and not RB. The spotting system and the fact we have EC instead of the 8 min long air operation matches means some things are actually not equally important factors between the modes.
We seem to have really different understanding what the word literally means. But out of interest: which plane you think has a chance against Sea Vixen in 8.3 or 8.7? And I want to yet again remind you and @Piment1 that we are talking about air Sim here This means both different BRs and match making than in RB. You both seem to bring up planes which Sea Vixen will never see.

Mine was an example of many…Sea Vixen at 9.7 its a sitting duck,you either play outside the planet earth to actually get a lock on people or all you need is 2 planes flanking you or being way above you to kill you

In RB, maybe. It is 9.0 there and also too low. But not like you’d know since you have no games in any aircraft in Simulator above rank 2.
And yet everyone here who tries defend Sea Vixens 8.3 BR refuses mention planes (or even a single one) which would have any chance fighting the Sea Vixen at 8.3 or 8.7. Vixens flight perfomance is just way too good for being under 9.0 plane.
You are literally the only one here who has said anything about putting Sea Vixen to 9.7. Not to mention the list of planes you posted had 0 examples in it which Sea Vixen would meet even if it was put to 10.0

Technically you could make an argument for the F-106? A plane that it will never ever fight?
106 is kinda messy in Sim since there’s no radar IFF and the forward visibility is horrible. Probably the closest until we get an F-102 (which it will also never fight).
The premium J35A is 9.3 nowadays
