I often find a lot of new players in my games even rank 4 and rank 5. Where are all my rank 100 bros? Those with skill and spaded tanks why are you not grinding Silver Lions at lower ranks? Most of the time my team is dreadful. I’ve been rank 100 for 2+ years but I still try different nations and play low ranks.

During events, im busy grinding so im not at mid rank ground.
During the break between events, i may go play some rank 3 to do tasks.
I stay low for the “fun”. The higher stuff is more boring, since it offers no change in gameplay, except for it being even faster on almost the same map size.

i do. but im usually good enough to compensate for a bad team, especially in a ram 1 or tetrach. less frequent players probs wont have as much of a good time

Im personally not that big a fan of GRB in general and when I do, its usually the higher BRs, but I dust off low BR aircraft from time to time and its a nice change of pace.
SL multipliers. 1 good match at top tier would easily earn a lot more than multiple good matches at low BR.

ngl a good match for me at 7.7 versus 11.7 yields about the same SL. but i am comparing my main BR to the hell that top tier is
Yeah, that would definetly do it. From my perspective im thinking more like a match in a Spitfire Mk2 is gunna earn less than a match in a Tonka GR4.
I dont play enough ground to really have a perspective for that.
yea air is a very different story. at low tier even the ol faithful wyvern is useless for SL grind to the point that my SL grind is just 7.7 centurion gameplay now…
naval also seems to suck for SL per minute now its a shame

I play different brs from lowest to highest, different modes.
I like mid-low tiers the most, while the lowest amount of fun I get from battleships (currently researching the last ship in the Italian bluewater tech tree - “Italia”) and top tier jets (these though depend highly on my mood).
My favorite activities in the game are: coastal fleet in NRB (playing Alano after some disappointment overfilled with assists in battleships is like a breath of fresh air), I also love props both in Air RB and Air Arcade, Ground RB is also pretty fun for me no matter BR.
Other modes I play less, usually if I need to spade/grind something or complete tasks (for example I usually ignore naval arcade, but it’s way easier to get torpedo kills there).

All the time I rarely play below 9.0 these days though but I’m happy to sit in my spaded 10.7 line ups for a few hours chill time to do an sl grind, play events etc perspectives change once you move away from the grind mindset there’s always something to research though but there’s a less urgent feel to everything
yes low tier is more enjoyable for me top tier is sweat city my favorite br range for planes is 3.0-13.0 and my favorite for tanks is around 9.3

I personally usually stick to the higher tiers as I get more of a challenge out of doing well there.
However since low/mid tier is usually easier, if I get frustrated or just want to chill I go and play lineups like 5.7 US, 6.3 US, 7.0 US, 7.7 UK or 8.3 USSR for a bit. Also if I need SL as desperately as I need them now I go all in on 7.0 US.
That’s true especially with premium but your repair times are longer/expensive. Im the opposite and i prefer multiple low rank battles even if it’s only 6,000 silver lions from a match. It’s safe, the vehicles repair themselves for free.
Been here a while . . . I play tanks in AB(because I do not care for the respawn point system or how works/effects gameplay) and I generally play at 4.3/4.7 - 6.3(mostly at 5.7)
Majority of my presets in all nations are in that range.
I do have an 8.3 & 9.3 preset for Germany that I use once in a while, mostly to do BP Challenges,
but sometimes just for fun, goofing around.
I just prefer the older stuff mainly because it is LOS game play and I get to fly planes
the majority of the time. (I cannot fly helis very well and do not care for jets in battles with older
vehicles very much either)
Just what I prefer to play, and at those BRs generally a good mix of players of all levels and varying skill sets. So no real sealclubbing(I can’t do that in tanks anymore anyway . . . lol) and the competition is usually pretty good and balanced . . . oh and not many ODLs either that I see.
So, all in all, less complicated, more basic “gaming”, fair, fun and balanced(don’t get me started on the awful plane spawn Ground AB has . . . ugh) and pretty simple. Good blend of eye/hand/reflexes with tactics, strategery and map reading skills . . . ☻
Sure, Ground battle in TIERS I,II and III is fun :)
I personally do not play top tier. While I have a good amount of top tier tanks for USA, Germany, Russia and UK I dislike the top tier game play so I don’t really go above 7.7 these days. I spend most of my time at 5.7/6.7 and maybe some low tier madness.

Sometimes I am going to lower tiers mainly to grind other nations or when new vehicle on lower tier will come. But thats not very often. I am stick mainly with tier VI and tier VII. Those are my most favourite tiers. For SL I have Ka-50.
Absolutely. The game is about playing vehicles you enjoy from any timeline that exists in this game. That includes WW1 up until the most modern vehicles.

I mainly play my old ww2 babies :) tried to enjoy top tier but nope…not for me. So ww2 is where i am staying :)
