I still have nightmares of when i fought a fox covered in bushes in vietnam, he killed me 3 times in a row, the bushes where for real making britain noises, anyway, back to the point, fox is actually really difficult to balance

Maybe there’s something wrong with my vehicle preferences because I also like the M60A1 AOS haha. And regarding the APDS, the flat pen may be lower than on base M60 but the pen at extreme angles is better. It acts more similarly to a APFSDS in that way. It simply feels more consistent.
Tbh, i preffer the shermans than the panthers, i know for long distances the panthers are totally better, but im a player that likes to rush, so i preffer the sherman

Well, i played in the m60 AOS for a long time, it is a funny tank and is really good in low tiers tbh, but i still have nightmares because of the uptiers where i found t72 and i had to fight them with the apds xD
L7 doesn’t shatter a lot.

I honestly think chaffee should be 4.3, even when you remove some points for sealclubbing its insanely strong.
tetrach is more worthy of 2.3 than harry hopkins is.
ww2 puma is an easy 4.7 after the turret buff.
move fox higher and its unfair as everything but it is stabilised, move it back down where the heavy tank meta is (so its gun is less effective) and the skill gap causes it to have an 80% winrate again.
Flat in the middle of the 8.7 stabilised MBT and stabilised AFV meta and the 6.7 heavy meta ay 7.7 is the best spot for fox so that its not at an unfair disadvantage on specs and its not got the skill issue advantage.
Oh yeah it’s one of the matchups that make you realize how compressed some tiers are. I don’t think those two should see each other at all, frankly. At the same time the M60A1 AOS couldn’t go lower without being a monster in downtiers itself.
id take the panther is the teams were better. the 5.0 and 5.3 ones are both 5.7 worthy easily lol

That tank gets M111 (8.7 BR ammo basically) , heavy ERA that is comparable to K-5 on the hull and fights mostly HEATFS ammo.
Super undertiered. All the whiners say it can’t go up because the stabilizer isn’t 2 plane but 90% of the time there’s literally no difference between a 2 plane stab and 1 plane stab. Nobody really goes and shoots people at 8.3 BR while driving above ~20 km/h. If the stabilizer prevents you from needing to fully stop before shooting, it’s comparable to the slow fat tanks (8.7 BR) with 2 plane stabs.

4.0 would be fine, i wouldnt like to fight a panther D with a chaffee tbh, u dont have the mobility of the french EBR xD

Trash APFSDS with 218mm of pen. It’s worse than 8.3s and better than most 8.0s, so it is a compression problem.
It’s stabilization works until 40km/h.

That just improves my argument that there is no difference between the 1 plane stab on the ZTZ59D1 and 2 plane stabs at 8.7+
100mm gun with a 218mm pen apfsds does sound really good for me at 8.0 bro, at 8.3 in the US u still have to play with apds that only pen 260mm
Yes, ZTZ59D1 is really, really strong at 8.3. I don’t know why people obsess over T-55A at 8.3 because there are plethora of better tanks at the same BR.

Anyways, L7 APDS shatters way, way less than other type of APDS found mostly on GB tanks.
